  Nice reviews Mark looks like a great place , good way to build up your channel , i think that the most important things you need to cover besides the prices ,and stuff that is not seen by your camera such as TV , Bed , Shower ;Fridge and other things we can see , you need to ask about , do they charge for an extra guest or Two , what about Limas , Wifi in the rooms ( although it`s mostly standard ) Check-in times is it possible for late check out . also though many of us know where your bar is and where this place is , you need to do a better description for newbies

  Nice one Mark, any chance of doing the D'Apartments next door? I have stayed D hotel which is good and the Apartments the pool looks good but there is something about shared bathrooms? Be interested to actually see inside a room . :)

  Nice room Mark, who really cares about having a pool or not, just walk into any other hotel and use their pool as I always do. They never question you!!!

  Reception lady has a sponsor :) I stayed just behind at the lk royal suite last year. I think there is a frog farm in the field just behind that bar as some nights the sound of frogs was crazy loud :)

  700 baht per night is about £15? At todays rate. I guess for 16000 baht per month A/C etc is extra? Still a good price if you want to be near the heart of the Soi. Great size room as well

  Not a bad room for the price barring the old school TV. It's fairly close to everything once you're across 3rd Rd and less than £180 a month. Result!👍
