  you recieve much less fall damage the more points you have in acrobatics, my character got to 100 by the end of the game because i kept jumping around everywhere to go faster, and i could do shit like jump off from the top floor of the foreign quarter of vivec straight to the ground level and not even recieve 1/4 of my health worth of fall damage.

  actually, i think that the fall i just mentioned wouldn't even take 1/8 of my health worth of fall damage, at that point i was most likely immune to any fall in the game that didn't involve me using levitation to fly straight up in the air.

  Nice! I recently learned about this game, do you recommend the pc or xbox version? Seems like pc is better in that you can get resolution increase and the xpacs which arent available on console? Wonder if having xbox series x makes any difference for resolution?

  The PC version is much better but the console version is good too. It's very rough compared to the PC version, but it's sort of a miracle to be running on consoles in the first place. The console version is also a bit unique compared to the PC version. It has a few notable differences. I personally enjoy the UI of the console version much better. The controller support is also awesome for the most part. Of course it's not perfect but it's good enough and that alone makes a huge difference for me. These games are just so much better with a controller in my opinion. The Series X probably does not have any enhanced backwards compatibility for this game, although it still might be better to run it on that system regardless. You should also keep in mind that both the X360 and PS3 versions of this game are not exactly the same. The PS3 version is much poorer with only 256 MB of system RAM and not a full shared 512 MB which was available to the Xbox. Many people fail to consider this, but with huge games such as this which really push the system to its limits, it makes the world of difference to have that type of fully shared 512 MB of memory available. So the PS3 version of this game never got the same updates and is probably not playable all the way to niobium in a reliable sense. Both the PC and X360 versions are definitely the proper way to play these games, but just keep in mind that The Xbox 360 version is rather like a unique oddity, as to where the PC version is superior in every sense minus the UI and controller support.

  for sure. i also like it much better than sacred 1. the gameworld of sacred 2 is truly legendary and surpassed by nothing else. also the mechanics and items are better. but i do think sacred 1 is an awesome game too. just not better than sacred 2 :)

They literally named new Earth after the first black female in space, ROFL. She didn't DO anything, they named it for her race and gender, that is the definition of woke.

  Tamriel Rebuilt is reason enough to tinker with TES3, however I prefer OpenMW to the unadulterated jank that is the OG engine and TR works better with it, too.

  wow I swear these elitists and their hate for a simple source port will make them disregard facts completely, Andiar, openmw, OBJECTIVLEY, runs morrowind better than script extender, not an opinion, playing with MWSE and not OpenMW isn't some kind of personality trait. I play both for certain reasons, ive never booted up MWSE and been like "I feel so superior to others because my game can run at a stable frame rate at 4k because of my modern hardware" get off your high horse.

  Playing vanilla morrowind in open morrowind felt jankier than using the original engine despite its limitations. Open morrowind is fine as a platform but everyone should play the original game first imo

  Skyrim's map is bigger but it feels more barren. Even with copy-paste caves. I have a feeling the devs knew a dense environment is better, but back then people wanted Big maps. So be it.

  Because it's the first "grand scale" video game in all gaming history. No other game has even been remotely this large before. Daggerfall had a larger world but it was mostly procedurally generated. Morrowind is literally the first game on Earth of this scale with the amount of actual design and content placed into it. And guess what? No version for the PlayStation exists!! Haha

  Last time I played I had a fast travel spell: Jump 100 pts for 1 second, Feather 100 pts for 1 second, Fortify Strength 100 pts for 1 second.

  Yes I did this too!!! Jump 100 Pts alone is great but once you combine it with Feather and Fortify Strength all on one effect you travel so much further. I did alot of testing and Jump 100 pts, Feather 100 pts, and Fortify Strength 260 pts (max you can fit) will give you distance that's 2.5x further than just Jump 100 pts alone. Don't put slowfall on it though, even 1 Pt of Slowfall reduces your distance noticeably it's just hard to sell unless you compare side by side, jump from the same starting point via Mark Recall and you can tell though. Slowfall even 1 Point will reduce the distance you jump, even though many people think it doesn't it absolutely does just compare side by side jumping from the same starting point. Using Fortify Acrobatics to get 121 Jump is the best way to do it. Also if you get the Steed Birthsign you can have 125 Max Speed and that really helps average non magically enhanced characters overcome things. But I'm pretty sure you can just Boost your Speed up like Crazy via Alchemical Potions and then a normal jump 100 spell will give you way more distance than without the boosted speed, the same way you fly much faster when levitating with fortify speed effects equipped. You can no Clip through walls and explore dungeon cells really easy that way too.
