  This was really cool and I am totally jealous. That said the whale does not look in great condition. Do you know why that was? It's upsetting to see that.

  Does not look like the healthiest whale that"s for sure. Much discoloration on the back half of the whale. Too many Remora fishes on the tail, and a general feeling of malaise is what I got from this whale. 4 out of 10. Would not dive with again.

  Those are remora fishes, who cling to whales are sharks for protection.
