Is that second blind supposed to be a black out blind ? If so, it was a fail.
Yes, the second fabric is a blackout shade but this is an inner mount which includes light gaps on the side to prevent the material from fraying. We recommend choosing an outside mount for full blackout or layering with blackout drapes for maximum light blockage. We also have some new total blackout shades on the way :)

If you are doing an outside mount, you would need to choose something with a slim headrail so the drapes wouldn't get stuck on top of them. It's definitely best to mount blinds inside a window frame if you're planning to add drapes over them whenever possible.

Is the sheer pleated also a cellular design? If so, how do the insulating properties compare to the light filtering ones?
Yes, the sheer part of the shade is also a cellular product. Both light filtering and blackout cellular shades offer excellent insulation thanks to their design and shape. The honeycomb cells in the middle are what trap air inside to help insulate. Hope this answers your question. Quand le vidéo à été publié, il y a 3 ans, c'était toujours possible de choisir entre un produit avec ou sans cordon. Avec les nouveaux règlements de Santé Canada qui été mise en place le 1er mai 2022, sans cordon est la seule option vu que les cordes ne sont plus disponible au Canada. Nous allons changer le titre pour que ça soit plus claire et on travaillera le vidéo pour mieux réprésenter notre produit. Merci pour votre commentaire :)

Google Play Store no longer has an entry for "Powermate P2" nor "P2 Powermate". Is it possible the app got removed/ black listed / retired ?
How do you level the newest version these blinds. They only seem to have the leveling tool on one side and it only seems the raise the entire bottom rail.

This video does not show how to release the locking mechanism. There I have spent the last three hours on trial and error to mount these shaded. Installation still not completed and I'm frustrated and very disappointed in installation of this product.

Having exact same problem and have been at the “piece of cake” installation shades that I spent extra for easy installation for an hr now. Really not right of the company to do this & very misleading.
Additionally the knowledgeable friendly staff who is supposed to be answering the phone since 6am MT (50 min in) is not picking up at all. No way to get through. Nice.
* Found a basic separate video out there that basically shows how to release the mechanism. Unfortunately I can’t paste it here as the Co. may be blocking it. Once I applied this knowledge I was able to get the shade up in minutes - so YES at last “piece of cake.” My blinds look beautiful - but the Co. needs to reform it’s instructions for ease of use. Currently, we only have tilt-only wood and faux wood blinds due to the new Canadian Corded Window Covering Regulations in effect as of May 1, 2022. While there are many specifics in the new regulations, the key change is that a reachable cord must not exceed 22 cm in length. These requirements apply not just to the lift cords, but also to inner cords and cords inside the window frame (including those found on horizontal blinds, top-down bottom-up shades & skylight shades) and any other reachable cords. We expect to have compliant wood and faux wood blinds that you can raise and lower by August-September.
I asked for information on installing clips for an outside mount cassette, specifically how high up on the face of the wall to mount the clips. And you send this? Poor!
