  Loving this ! The harmonised lead guitars are very Thin Lizzy/Iron Maiden too. I saw Creeper when they supported Alice Cooper , I was hooked by them , fabulous band.

  A few facts: 1) Phil is and always has been a prick 2) there’s no one like Dime 3) no 1/2 combo like Dime/Vinnie 4) no better studio/stage combo like Phil, Rex, Vinnie, and Dime 5) there is and will never be another Pantera 6) if you enjoyed the magic of who Pantera was and how they evolved Metal and music as a whole, then just learn to appreciate that things and people change and give props to these guys for keep the spirit of Pantera and its members alive! 🤘😁🤘

  Saw them at Santa Barbara Amphitheatre 3 weeks ago, best show I’ve seen in 20 years, this lineup is incendiary, maybe not a punk rock aggressive as the early years but still intense compared to just about everyone else, and with an extraordinarily exclectic back catalogue to choose from…

  Great memories of last year. My daughter had all the albums so far and was and still is obsessed. I didn't expect them to get such a huge following. I was converted that night, they played awesome and without a doubt deserve a main stage headline spot!

  I love Zakk and Charlie and they do a phenomenal job but I just wished they didn't use the name pantera it's just not right, Why didn't Dime and Vinnie call damageplan pantera back in the day they were the founders of the band they had every right to do so but didn't cause it wouldn't have been pantera, this is a tribute/supergroup not pantera.

  @@J22- Charlie is a legend and one of the greats but nobody can replace Vinnie in pantera just like Vinnie probably would have seemed out of place in Anthrax, doesn't mean it's bad just a different sound and feel.

  I thought Slayer had retired? I guess Kerry King has not retired? I guess it is similar to Corey Taylor being at Download Festival 2024 without Slipknot. I actually thought Slipknot had retired. Checking on Google, they have not retired just yet.

  I was never a fan of Kerry's playing style. For me, he was always a "random notes generator". I guess it's just not for me. Kerry is a reason why I could never get myself into listening Slayer 🤷 there is too much chaos in his playing. I do understand that not everything is for everyone and if someones enjoys King's playing that's absolutely fine 🙂
