We like to say the customer is the hero of your story. You're the guide. And if you confuse, you lose. This summary and your dry-erase board video style is great!

Well done summary! 👏 I would recommend to lower the music in the background, I suggest to listen it on earphones, you will have to burn too much calories to stay concentrated! Overall perfectly summarized to listen on the go after finishing reading the book 👍

I love the content but can hardly get through it due to the music. Your sound loop is too short and is stealing my focus. I wish I could turn it off so I could focus!

Very good and useful video! I do, however, have to comment on the irony of the part where it mentions how the prospect is looking for their guide to have empathy and compentence, that the video misspelled competence as "competAnce". lol Anyway, reall good, otherwise.

Great visualization and explanation. Kudos! My only suggestion ... check your spellings .. e.g. "villain" not "villian" .. and a couple others.

So, a stick man... imagines a black woman who meets a white woman, who guides her... the black woman becomes a super hero, avoiding the white man's failure... and her success is... well it's not hers at all. It's white women who win in the end. So true to life.
