Our newest innovation is the development of the Dual Camera Jib. Flying one Sony A7siii and one Sony A7Sii, these cameras shoot both long and tight (up to 240mm), the other wide (12-24mm) at the same time. These cameras are not bound by the 30 minute limit, and thanks to an in house developed cooling system, they’re capable of filming endlessly in 4k giving any editor almost limitless options when using our footage.

    She just wants her stick pulled back ever so slightly at v1. She'd roar once again happily across the skies. My dad's friend helped with some of the wiring on the 558 restoration, and was invited to have a look and sit in the cockpit. I remember distinctive things that reminded you it was a serious reason aircraft, bomb bay controls and black out sheets that slid across the windows... nuclear purposes... amazing 👏

    I was C.S.M.on the crash team that day with Wales District Ordanance Co., the first thing one of the pilots did when he landed near the fuel dump was light a cigarette.

    I remember the TV coverage of this show,Tornado ids of Marinefleigergeschwarder 2 at Eggebek doing a short stop using reverse thrust,Brilliant,Good filming for the day with Hi8 camera,well done.

    Beautiful beast of the sky although its terribly noisy Had the privilege of being inside this giant bomber while on a.course at RAF Wyton in Cambridgeshire in the early 70s Really a beautiful bird and wish i could see it flying again

    At tick over or idle power XL426 costs £40min... This goes up to £400/min when all 4 engines are on full power. 😳 This is one of the reasons none of the engineers are paid, they all prefer to hear her sing. 😍

    WHAT A PLANE! and the massive respect for the pilots to show the restraint in not actually taking off lol. The howl takes me back to when I was a kid, never experienced anything like it. Awesome

    It will never be permitted to return to the air I'm afraid. It's a complex four engine jet that's well over 60 years old. None of the remaining Vulcans will ever fly again sadly.

    Airshow at RAF Laarbruch Buccaneers went up and disappeared. Everyone was told to look towards the horizon, they came across the airfield towards the crowds so low and fast you couldn’t see them until they were over us. Amazing Low Level Aircraft.

    I was on that flight. It was a sight seeing trip for Fairford Royal Air Tattoo visitors. My brother treated me to a nice birthday present. We went on a 30 minute excursion around the south coast. Without fuel to cross the Atlantic and without luggage it was much lighter than normal, and faster. The pilot did a short field take off and it was like sitting on a rocket. Amazing experience!

    I was there when I was in the army and we were providing security duties, I was sitting on the top of a Bedford truck after our duties were completed. Never forget that crash.

    Great to see the dedication. I grew up on Vulcan bases. My dad was a senior tech armourer and loaded the blue steel. That howl brings back so many happy memories.

    I too was there with my old man. We were stood at the end of the runway on the main road when it happened. I'm not going to lie. it was amazing to see o ce we'd spotted 2 chutes.

    Given the CAA rules regarding such complex aircraft, no, but it is envisaged to keep her in ground running condition for at least another twenty years.

    Why leave the Greatest fighter jet in its time in this shape?!!! Sorry, but this is not right at all ❗️..at least restore it to its full glory for a proper display. Seeing it like this just gives me the Creeps of how britain is today! ..this Crippled lightening just gives this example! Come and see the XP706 ..Without Wings❗️ ..better to have a Corgi lightening! ..at least its Complete!

    It's being restored right now. This was to show what the museum started with. And people do the best they can with the resources they have. Things just don't magic themselves to be restored, it takes volunteers, effort, time and money.

    Both pilots ejected safely and landed safely - BUT , at breakfast the next morning in the mess, one of them had a VERY black eye . True.

    Whether you're flying or watching an airshow, I guess you have to accept a bit of danger either way.
