As a Chiefs fan, I can say this much about what I have seen of a lot the past two years in terms of coaching against the Chiefs: No one does a really good job in the playoffs of putting the Chiefs out of the game. As bad as McDermott was in the Divisional game, the Ravens really shit the bed the next week. how do you decide that running the ball is the wrong thing to do in the second half of the AFC Championship Game.

A real coach will balance being friendly and ripping asses when needed. I don't want an asshole who the players can't respect. I can't work with too friendly either. Accountability, culture, discipline all matter but the players DO have to like you too.
I understand I've been a USMNT fan for since 1994 30 years. Im gratfull we have grown from the dark days of when I played and watch. I;ve dream about playing for the USMNT when I was a teenager. I fed up with USOCFED leadership and with the overall soccer mom philosophy hiring of coaches.
