Hello!!! This is the channel about London. I upload here movies from walking tours in London!! Feel free to SUBSCRIBE this channel and visit regularly!!
Thank you for uploading! I'm planning a trip to London next year and I'm most likely will be staying at a hotel near Aldgate. I wanted to see how the stations looks like to plan how I'm gonna deal with my luggage. I guess I'll have to pack light in order to carry it upstairs. 😂

Is the old hall still in the main drag, mid 60s we played there so many times, some of the big names before they got going also did, sometimes we needed help clear all the jumble sale stuff out before we could set up. My godmother lived there too, lived to a 100, beautiful lady, always looked after me.

Chancery Lane Station, along with Temple (and amazingly at one time Covent Garden!!), was closed on Sundays for many years. Almost all tube stations now open every day, althougb there are still service restrictiins to Kensington Olympia and on the Waterloo & City Line. Chancery Lane used to have the suffix "Grays Inn."

When first opened in 1975, Hounslow West had back illuminated glass roundel signs, the same as Hatton Cross and Pimlico. At one time all the Victoria Line platforms between Brixton and King's Cross St Pancras had them, plus Old Street, Moorgate, and the northbound City Branch platform at Euston on the Northern Line, but these were all removed.

This was the closest station to where I stayed in London on holiday back in April of this year. I miss it so much! I remember the Greggs, the fruit and veg sellers outside, and the train announcements.
