Will ECA ask EASA which extra limiting rules EASA will add to this RCO/eMCO idea, to take into account the fact that many pilots as well as ATC staff decided to take the still experimental Covid-19 mRNA injection(s) (often due to fear of loosing their job). No long term safety data exists for these products, which used to be a NO GO in the aviation industry ! Meanwhile, 2024, the mRNA product producing companies (trying to be exempted from liabilities in case of serious side effects, by having provided misleading data..), have mentioned cardiovascular complications as side effect. Basically they had to, because worldwide this is already reported as well as visible in many statistics. On top of that, also worldwide, an unexplained / uninvestigated rise in sudden deaths (even amongst healthy as well as young people) and serious illnesses is noticed, following practically the injection campaigns. Correlation is not het causation, but you would think definitely a reason for thorough investigation, following the desastrous global lockdowns.. All this clearly outlined by authors Rick Heimens & Niek Rogger in their “Call to Action” document concerning Covid-19 products of which a short outline here below: In multiple official documents these products are even labelled as ‘Gene editing’ (e.g. in Moderna’s quarterly SEC filing for period ending Jun.30, 2020), in the publication of Dutch temporary emergency law dated Mar.30, 2020, also EMA describes as no.97 in their document “Scientific recommendations on classification of advanced therapy medicinal products” a product with exact same characteristics as the promoted Covid-19 mRNA products, as a “Gene therapy Medicinal Product”. Also the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy regards mRNA COVID-19 ‘vaccines' as Gene Therapy) These products are only certified under EU CMA.13 Conditional Marketing Authorization (or Emergency Use Authorization EUA in the US), meaning it is ‘authorized' without comprehensive clinical data available. 2 years of Phase 2 and 3 years of phase 3 testing were skipped in the process of developing these products. The politicization of SARs-CoV-2, treatments and vaccination strategies have completely compromised long-standing safety mechanisms, one of the fundamental pillars and primary focus' in aviation The current 48 hours waiting period as prescribed by EASA is insufficient to detect a significant number of blood clotting, myocarditis and neurological severe adverse events cases, as the median onset for blood clotting is 4 days, myocarditis 3 days (1-8 days) and neurological severe adverse events 11 days. EASA must: 1- make sure that pilots can never be mandated again to get any COVID-19 vaccines or any other new and/or unapproved medical product, in accordance with the in ARA.MED 330 ‘Special medical circumstances' (Easy Access Rules for Medical Requirements) referenced WMA Declaration of Helsinki. 2- prohibit any mRNA based medical product in aviation for now and the near future, until such time as all unresolved issues of this novel technology have been remedied and these products have been prescribed to the general public for a number of years without serious issues, and a favorable safety profile has been established. 3- include a written ban on experimental medical treatments in aviation, in their rules for medical requirements. All non-approved and conditionally approved medical products should be prohibited.

Great, imagine the mushroom pilot who attempted to down an airliner here in the us, by himself in the flight deck, or maybe an airspeed unreliable situation, or an explosive depressurisation with a few seconds to put a mask on before fainting, or maybe a severe damage to an engine, or a flight control issue with heavy commands and a stab out of trim, what about an on board fire? Lets throw all the many decades of CRM concepts away now, which has been built and evolved on communication and situational awareness, and let an analyst attempt to solve things from the ground, while monitoring 10 flights.
