Overtaking me kaisi power hae elevate ki compared to cars in this segment? I am talking about manual not cvt!!! Abhi tak maine test drive nahi ki hae lekn janna chahta hu ...I want engine that is powerful and that doesn't leave me wanting for power in situations like this. Turbo engines power denge hi lekin agar baat elevate manual ki... ki jaae to iske baare me aapka kya kehna hae?
It is is best NA engine available. It is very rev happy. You might have seen videos of Honda 1.5 i vtec giving tough to TSI engines from VW so definitely Honda makes superb NA engines. It effortlessly Revs till 7K RPM which I can never imagine on any other NA engine of this segment. But you will have to do down shifts to get the power. Power comes very late after the REVs are above 5K RPM, On the other hand if you consider mileage, Turbo engines will give better mileage on highway because they are smaller engines and if you keep the Revs below 2K. Mileage won't be a lot on Elevate.
@@burningWheelsss Yeah right....thanks for the info. I like to keeps things simple when it comes to mechanical parts in cars. Turbo with its complexities can be a headache if not properly maintained in a long run. I fell in love with Elevate the first time I saw it 😅....there's are a few if and buts before I can make up my mind. Thanks again!!!

HTX is more of a feel good features update above the HTK+. If you are considering 1.2L HTK+ against the HTX which comes in 1.0L price difference is around 2L so HTK+ 1.2 is more value for money. But HTK+ 1.0 imt and HTX have difference of 1.1L so here you can consider upgrading to HTX as you get a lot of feel good updates. Also you get Cruise control, Ventilated seats and LED headlamps which are quite good features.
This highway looks like almost empty, no traffic, and the road condition is superb.. No use of breaks no slowdown no stop and go situation.. Almost like ARAI test situation... 14.5 seems like almost ideal situation... Would be lower in everyday run.. Better to Move to EV version of Astor.
Yup Right. In City I have got single digit and I have met buyers who have got 16kmpl who drive at 80. Also the vehicle I had just clocked 5K kms so it might get better after some services.
@@burningWheelsss when I test drove the manual Astor.. I found that the engine has a tendency to move quickly over 2k rpm even on a little push on accelerator. Could be because of NA engine.. Not sure.. The body is heavy its natural to get low mileage.. But the car is truly premium. This car needs a diesel engine or a hybrid setup then it can be an instant hit.

Mene chalayi hai ye car Hills me, kaafi smooth and achaa experience tha iska suspension bhot mast hai and panoramic sunroof is a perk of this car in such trips.

@@manu7815 DCT is better to drive, shifts are quicker and smooth. AMT shifts take some time so better to go with DCT. But if you drive slow , AMT also is a good option. AMT shifts good while driving slow.

Lekin sir yah to normal si baat hai ki agar ham kisi new car se mileage test karte hai to hame mileage kam hi milega. Car ki pahli service karane ke baad hi car sahi mileage de paati hai. Meri kya yah baat sahi hai ya nahin.

On Bangalore Mysore highway the mileage is good. I have CVT with 5 people and luggage with AC on, if driven at 80-90 km h then comfortably I get 15 to 16 km/ ltr. But the same car with single driver AC on in congested Bangalore traffic ( bumper to bumper) the average is 7 km/ ltr !! Sometimes goes down to 6 !! For better comparison I have Honda city manual on same road everyday drive it gives 10.5 km/ ltr. On highway there is not much difference but in city drive it is nearly 50% less fuel efficient.

Depend on what is your priority, what features you want? Both are same if customer after sales is compared. But XUV 3XO engine and gearbox can be considered a bit more reliable compared to Nexon DCA
