I can see what that expert means by the situation being “no win”. IF City are found guilty, which it’s complex, but there’s a lot of cases, so they could be, then the club gets liquidated. That might sound good at first, until you realize the workers, local businesses that are Sky Blue, and lifelong City fans will get FUCKED. Also one of the top clubs in your pyramid no longer existing out of the blue, is a weird look to say the least. I wish there was a way to get rid of the UAE and keep the club alive. I doubt there is though, so it’s either CFG or RIP for Man City.

I thought a big proportion of the charges related to not cooperating with investigations hence the evidence not being exactly open concise and fully verified.

@karlos55555 Certainly it's in indication of intent to obfuscate the ability of the Leagues investigators to see a true picture of the clubs financial manouveres to spend their way to domination. If Man City don't want to abide by the rules then perhaps they should consider what league they wish to compete in and their legal case suing the Prem consists of their offensive use of highly paid legal advice to distort the playing field to their liking in accordance with the aims of the Saudi state investment policy very much in mind.

Seeing as there is no proof either way on whether it is true or not it will have to be put down as yet another myth. Course if you have evidence you wish to share that supports your claim then go for it. As for the legal action City are taking this is a rule that was amended in February this year, or didn't you listen to the video? It is this amendment that City are contesting and claiming it also is illegal. Again whether that is correct only the courts will decide, not you.

@BikenutGB The failing to cooperate seems to be a major pillar of the case I guess the expensive lawyers will be the big winners and am pretty sure Man City will not release accounts for public scrutiny other than required by law.
