Watching people have shared experience makes me instantly cry because it’s such a horrible debilitating thing. I guess I’m feeling the same way now and am considering it. How long after you started taking it did it work?

After going through a traumatic breakup 5 years ago. My anxiety afterwards never went away. Almost feels like my blood is poisoned. I fell heavy into drinking because that's the only thing that temporarily relieved it. But it always made things worse down the road. Interactions with my ex would cause dry heaving or gagging m chronic coughing. N laying in bed I have high heart rate. Hollow stomach. N like my veins feel hyper . N my breathing. Every breath feels like a sigh. I have never gone on anything. But I just can't take it anymore

So sorry to hear of your difficulties. It would appear that the authorities in charge of publci health and medical science do not have our best interets in mind. They are exploiting disease mechanisms so as to drive us all into horrible states of mind and for most of us life itself poses a terrible challenge, the issue of finding the will to live itself a moment by moment struggle. best of luck to you, N.

If you have a boyfriend then you have the cure for anxiety. Semen contains several anxiolytic hormones and compounds in it. You just have to swallow it. My 3 last girlfriend’s did not believe me- until they tried it. But it only lasts for 2-5 days depending upon how potent your partner is.

This is for the photographic portion: So hard to decide which one is better. For me, they are both good for what they do. The EOS 90D has 32 Megapixels... // Historically APSC cameras were kinda dim... but 32MPixels is more than the 6D Mark II full frame - 26 Megapixels. Can't beat FullFrame for getting that FF look. The IQ is excellent on each of them. Ideally, get both.

I have been to about 3 doctors who have just fobbed me off and told me to work my way through it anybody who thinks you have time to meditate and do breathing exercises and think of 5 things in the room when your engulfed in not being able to breathe at all and your skin burning hot like prickly heat is an idiot in my book. I only seem to get it at night when I'm trying to sleep by the end of the night I am exhausted I can see I will have to find a more understanding doctor

How long did it take for Sertraline/Zoloft to work, too really notice a big difference in your anxiety? I’ve read anywhere from 1-6 weeks. Is that accurate?

I've just been put on 100mg by the end of the sixth week I noticed a massive change I was calmer and found it easier to go about my day without worrying Zoloft definitely is the ssri for me.

Thanks for this video. I took 1 tablet of that and my anxiety felt worse and felt like i was getting a cold.my friend took it for a month and said made him feel worse. Though he said he drank a lot of coffee so all that caffeine mixed with sertraline is what did it to him? 🤷♂️ Ive got 3 different meds sitting there but will attempt to get myself together without meds for now. Of no improvement then will probably take either sertraline or venlafaxine. Any side effects from the sertraline?

I had crippling Anxiety since my teenage years, I took Benzos as and when needed because thanks God these attacks of like you say 'High Anxiery' were few and far between but they were debilitating. I would never have considered taking meds but my doctor recommended Sertraline, I declined it but I am reconsidering it now. Does it make you gain weight tho?
