What does scenic mean in this sentence
You mean from the dialogue practice? “Do you prefer the fastest route or a scenic one?” Scenic (adjective): Describes a place that has beautiful natural views. Do you prefer the fastest route or a scenic one? This helps make the ride better for them. "Scenic" means the route has nice views and is pretty to look at. Hope it helps 🙂
Thank you for explaining tenses and the story 🎉
Glad I could help! Keep up the good work!

Simplified Version for A1-A2 students In the busy city of New York, there lived a talented art curator named Claire. She worked at a famous museum known for its collection of beautiful paintings. Claire loved 19th-century landscape art and was very excited when the museum received a collection from the famous painter Michel, known for his amazing landscape paintings. As Claire carefully unpacked and prepared the paintings for the new exhibition, one painting caught her eye. Unlike Michel's usual landscapes, this painting showed a mysterious woman standing in a big field of lavender. The woman had a calm expression and wore a flowing dress, which was very different from Michel's usual nature scenes. Claire was puzzled by this unusual painting and decided to find out more. Michel was famous for his landscapes, so why was there a woman in this painting? Claire contacted the museum in Paris that had sent the collection. They told her that the paintings had been owned by a kind person living near Paris, named Madame Monet. Claire reached out to Madame Monet for more information. Madame Monet confirmed that the collection had belonged to her grandmother and that the painting was a real piece by Michel. Madame Monet said that her grandmother always loved that painting but never talked much about its history. Curious and eager to learn more about the mysterious woman, Claire looked into historical records. She spent many hours in the museum's archives, reading old documents, letters, and art books. Through her research, she found out that the woman in the painting was named Amelia, a close friend of Michel. The records suggested that Amelia and Michel had a deep and special relationship. As Claire read more, she learned that Michel had married the daughter of a rich patron, which helped him in his art career. But his relationship with Amelia was kept secret because of the social rules of that time. The more Claire read, the more she realized how important Amelia was in Michel's life and that she likely inspired much of his work. When Michel's wife found out about the affair, he denied everything. Michel left Amelia alone to deal with the scandal. Heartbroken and scared, Amelia left the country, and nobody knew what happened to her. This shows a man who chose his career over his heart, giving up the woman who was his true inspiration. Claire couldn't stop thinking about Amelia's story and felt a deep connection to her. One evening, as she looked at the painting closely, she noticed a small bump in the canvas. It seemed like something was hidden under the paint. Carefully, she inspected it and found a small, hidden compartment at the back of the frame. Her heart raced as she opened it and found a folded letter inside. The envelope was old and had "Amelia" written in beautiful, flowing handwriting. With shaking hands, Claire opened the letter and began to read.
Splendid ❤thanks a lot Waiting for the next episode God bless you
Thanks! Hope you liked it!

Thank you for your support!
1) delay or postpone tasks to be done. 2) spring cleaning, I always wait till next spring or the one after to do it. 3) I think tip 2 is for me, but yea, the hardest part is to start, don’t you think?
1. ✅ 2. Haha, I can relate 🙈 3. Indeed, it is always very hard to start, but once you make that first step, everything gets easier 😉

Good job! I see you didn't sleep through "class". 😉 Btw, RPM means revolutions per minute, a crucial metric in measuring the speed or rotation of a mechanical component.
