@@mikedr1549 well, over here it is prohibited to film over someone’s property … at least intended. In this case, although it was not intended, it was not possible to film without including that property, so it was better to blur it out. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment. Have a wonderful day 👍😀

Thank you very helpful
Very glad you liked the video 👍😀
How did it hold up?
Very unsatisfying, but I think it was my fault: I did put several layers when the previous layer wasn’t dry yet and thus messed it up a little. I will have to do the whole process once again when I have the time. 👍😀
Were you successful in correcting your issues? How hard would you say this is to do and what would the total cost of supplies be? How long did it take? I have no faults but my brake pedal is softer than i'd like and I have no idea how old the fluid is.
It worked perfectly and the tools were very helpful. I don’t know the cost by heart, it’s too long ago , but I’m very glad I did this service. Thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to comment 👍😀
Need to replace the hose next to it, as well.
Very well seen indeed! It was on my todo list for tomorrow. Thanks for watching and for your interest 👍😀
Done! Replaced it, there’s another one that needs replacing too, but I’m out of hoses … have to wait for the order 👍😀

Thank you sir , I’ve just done the service on my tdv8 and grateful to you for showing me the correct way of installing the new oil filter as I had tried to install it with the screw top already pushed into the new filter and it wasn’t seating properly so your video put me right 👍 excellent video on this great engine
Very glad you liked it and thank you for your visit and for viewing 👍😀
How do you get that main cross member loose ? I've been fighting mine for an hour.
Hi, I bought a G3 BT and can reflash ECUs without issue. No need to get a PRO for the job. Cheers

Hey man I need some help from you! Is there an email you can share with me! I am receiving a message from the system that states “The Suspension not in Customer mode” after I tried to do height adjustment using the Gap tool
Thank you for your interest, but first I have to say I’m not a technician. If it was my car and in this situation I would clear the error first. If it came back I would reset everything to factory settings so it would disappear. Then I would try again to set it to the height that I would require. Hope this helps 👍😀
Very interesting video! Thanks a lot. Do you mind telling me if there are a pair of those boxes in the front bumper as well? Thank you very much for sharing!
In fact that is a good question, but no there aren’t because there is no blind spot in front of the car. Those sensors work for a car that sits behind in the blind spot and even when that car is at the left or right side of your car but not when it is in front of you . Hope this helps and thanks for watching the video 👍😀
what is you accent my good sir are you from germany or norway mayble? :)
Belgium is the place to be 👍
Can you find and record videos from 2 weeks ago to save to computer after holidays .
Very right indeed 😀👍
Hello, thank your for you video. I don’t think what the manual is saying is wait 2 min before removing or adding the positive, but rather wait 2 min before opening a door or acting on the car before disconnecting and after connecting the battery. What is really happening once removed the Negative wire: Nothing, as there is no potential between negative and positive of the car.
Hello Damien. Thank you for watching the video and for taking the time to comment. The reason for waiting at least 2 minutes (some people even say 10 to 20 minutes) is that there are a lot of capacitors that still can have some load inside and they need some time to get rid of it. At least that is what I read about this issue. I’m not a technician nor an electrician so I can not guarantee this is a correct explanation but that’s what I could find about this problem. Hope this helps 👍😀
hi is there a link to buy the gap tool cheers
Yes you can buy it at the original site : www.gap-diagnostic.com/shop/
I would say a helmet or some kind of eye shielding should be required. Even though the arc flash may not cause immediate discomfort, it will definitely harm your eyes!
I always used a shield before, but now with the helmet I have both hands free! Thanks for watching and commenting, it’s very much appreciated 👍😀
I did this and my car is in limp mode now😢
Very sad to hear this and I hope you can find the solution 👍
I have the same problem. It fixed with a new TCON board for 10 minutes but the tape trick should work. If not i am going to remove all the resistors near the LCD as that should fix it. But the tape trick is much safer
Hi, thanks for the video. I was wondering why you didn't use a pressure washer and snow foam to wash the car? I think it is quicker (and in my opinion more enjoyable). Adam, London UK.
I had to put the water pump inside during the winter and it’s not yet installed back in the shed because it could still freeze and get broke … but I used a wash and wax product (soap and wax) and the 2 bucket method. Can’t wait for warmer periods so I can use the pressure washer for sure 👍… thanks for watching and for talking the time to comment 👍😀
Did this solution last? I have been thinking about doing this, but wondering about its longevity. Thanks!
It still works today … just sometimes when it is really wet for days the error can pop up shortly to go away back when it’s dried up in the garage. I suspect I didn’t seal the plug well enough and a technician from the dealer advised to wrap the whole thing in a plastic bag before putting it back . Hope this helps and thanks for watching 👍😀
That's great to hear! Thanks for making the video!
Good
You're a great grandfather!
I ain't never heard of no GAP TOOL How can this be?
If you have a Range Rover it really is a must have for sure 👍😀
It appears your rear spring is flat which mean it's lost it's arch. Probably needs replacing. Normally when replacing the rear spring it make the car set too high.
Very well seen. Thanks for watching and a happy New Year to you 👍😀

So i had 2 issues with the 50inch version, one is now fixed with this solution which is great. However the television makes this really annoying high pitched sound. Ive found out that by reducing the contrast of the television to 0 almost eliminates this issue, however the screen is very dark now. Anyone knows a solution to this?
Sorry to hear you have that issue with the sound … did you try out a different sound-preset? This could perhaps filter out the high pitched sound. Thank you for your visit and for your contribution here and I really hope you can find a solution 👍😀
Maybe solder a big capacitor on the voltage lines of the audio amplifier, close to it. one elko and one ceramic. 100uF and 10nF. if the audioamp has double voltages you need it twice. pitch is the switching supply get into the amp, you can also look or there are capacitors on the power board has bolled caps on top, replace these,
I don’t Think so👍
Wow, yellow on red interior? Looks like a bleeding banana. Please tell me this was not a factory combo. To each his own, great job on the restoration though. Thanks for sharing!
This was not original, but this combo exists originally though 👍😀
Had mine changed out. How do you reset. The TPMS light keeps coming on.
I even didn’t have to reset it, if I remember it correctly… but you could try to reset it with the GAP tool, and if you don’t have that you could try to disconnect the battery for let’s say 5 minutes to reset it. If that didn’t help, the reason could be also the sender of that particular wheel could be defect also. Hope this helps. Thank you for your interest and for your visit 👍😀
You could also exchange the sender from one wheel to another and if the error goes to that other wheel you can be sure it is the sender that is defective… just thought of that method! Good luck!
I need help please...does this camera records 24/7 continuous and for how long can it record on the sd card ( I mean for how many days can it record continuous) please
It can record 24/7 if you plan it that way. Depending on the capacity of the SD card it can record from a week to more weeks. Hope this helps.
get a pump for your pit to make things easier. that oil looked clean, i think its been done before.
I don’t know where you saw clean oil that came out…it was as black as hell !
For anyone looking for information: The cables that send signal to the screen LED's are flat ribbon cables the ribbon cables get wiggled around or the contact lift a little bit and then some section of the screen/portion of the screen has lines on it. The best way to fix this issue is to apply pressure to the ribbon contacts once they are plugged in, but first try simply removing, then reseating the ribbon cables, if this does not work then applying tape force the ribbon to be flat and parralel with the board pushes the contacts down. It seats the cable properly in its home and makes a good connection. Just finished doing this to my TV, it fixed glitching and horizontal lines.
In my case it didn’t push the contacts down because the tape was above AND on the underside of the ribbon. Thank you for your contribution here, it’s very much appreciated 👍😀
All those tools 😮
I used also unconventional tools like electric wire to make leverage for the mechatronic sleeve to force in … like you will see in the video to come 👍😀

It was a pleasure to be able to do this after more than 10 years 👍😀😂
Love your videos particularly as I also own a L332. I suspect we are of a similar age so it's nice to see you showng the youngsters how to do it.
Very much appreciate your comment Adam … I have to say though… I’m not a mechanic and I have to look up everything I want to do on my cars before I do it … so it’s not to show others how to do it, but just showing me struggling, doing most of these things for the first time in my life 👍😀
@@CarFul I am in the same situation as you but with less knowledge and facilities. I nonetheless enjoy doing what I can. I have found that videos which demonstrate problems/issues (struggles as you call it) are usually far more educational than slick videos from "experts" who often fail to discuss potential difficulties as they assume all their viewers are as experienced as they are.

@@CarFulI do appologise calling you a brit.
I just finished the brake booster replacement on my '69 Corvette. My car has a manual transmission, and this is really important to note because I found it was impossible to access the brake booster nut hiding behind the clutch pedal mechanics. I decided it would be too difficult and time-consuming to remove all that clutch pedal stuff just to get to that last nut, so I cut the bolt with a reciprocating saw. I then mounted the new booster with three bolts. The connection to the firewall is rock-solid, and I test drove the car twice. No problems whatsoever. The brakes now work beautifully! So, take this into consideration if you're contemplating this project on a Vette with a manual transmission.
Thank you for this addition, it’s very much appreciated 👍😀
I am doing the same on my 76 4 speed. The top left nut....WOW!! Where did you source the new booster?
