No primer on the old base?? Not even wetted??
That's amazing
That pool is going to have a cracked bond beam.
I can't seem to find a video that is correct how to do it in California, do you mind helping? I would like to understand the difference in concrete pool and fiberglass in forming.
I use a palm sander on the outside it liquefies it into the form
Where to buy the cooping forms?
Hi Santos. We are available through most swimming pool distributors throughout the USA. If you go to our website you can see a full list. Thanks!
Where to buy the coping forms?
I assume you do not have the final tool the edge & do you distribute after it's set up?
Where do I buy this?
Main thing I hate about this, is when the boss is to cheap to buy the no gum tape to put on the tile, and it gets concrete all in the grout and on the tile, that is a PAIN to get off after they have rubbed it smooth after taking the forms off to get a smooth finish
We hear this a lot. Thankfully our system doesn’t require the two way tape! Don’t have to worry about that!
I'm referring to when you have already done the tile....and do the cantilever coping just like in this video....and if the tile hasn't been covered with a no gum tape to put on the tile before the Styrofoam forms are put on the tile, then when the forms are taken off and being smoothed, the concrete gets all over the tile and in the grout and is super hard to get off. I've been informed on a "no gum tape" that can be put on the tile BEFORE the Styrofoam forms are put on, so that the forms can adhere strongly to the tile.
@@modernmouldingpoolcoping24 my apologies I guess I read your comment wrong lol....but yes it is a pain in the but. Like I saod though I've been made aware of a product from Stegmeier....called "no gum tape"......this is what thier website says about the tape.... No Gum Tape is a tape that can be placed directly to the tile, fiberglass wall or the liner without leaving a residue. The double-faced tape on the cantilever forms may be attached directly to the No Gum Tape surface. No Gum Tape is recommended for use with one-piece fiberglass pools and liner pools having the liner installed prior to pouring the deck.
@@gsxrlonewolf4088, this is good information. We get asked often. I will pass it along!
So when you have to hand rub the front of the coping does it mess up the crisp line of the brush marks on top
Hello! It shouldn’t interfere with the broom finish at all. If you need to do a touch up it is usually just on the face.
Which track does the liner click into. My track has 2 spaces a lower track and one above that do you have an option as to which track you click the liner into ?
Hello. The forms wedge into the top track if you have a double track.
Very job excuse me on which website can I buy the forms for the cooping thanks.
Where can I purchase this item looks easy
Hi. We are working on getting distribution throughout the USA. In the meantime we can sell directly to customers. Feel free to call 1-855-680-2482.
HI! We have secured a distributor in the US. Royal Swimming Pools will be able to help you out. If you have any issues feel free to call the office.
Yea real easy to, because when it comes to the stag forms, that is the only thing is easy
Looks like a great product. What part of the county is this in? Is there freeze and thaw that you need to worry about?
Hi! We are in Canada! It gets very cold here 🥶, no issues!
Where can I buy this ?
Hi Abel. You can call us directly and we can give you all the information you need! 1-855-680-2482
@@modernmouldingpoolcoping24 I'm interested to. Any other contact form?
@@aidenpaul3735, sorry Aiden, just seeing this. You can visit our website mmpoolcoping.com. or feel free to email me, [email protected].
so my pool installers installed the liner first, and waiting on the ground to settle a couple months before doing concrete.. how would we use these if they need to go into the track that the liner is alre4ady in??
Hi. If there is no liner track available to lock into, I can suggest that you use our concrete system instead. The clips will be screwed into the top of the pool wall, similar to the way that our fiberglass system works.
That’s a work of art perfect 👍🏾
Thank you!!
Thank you!!
where to buy the suit
Can you pour concrete pool coping on pool with vinyl liner already installed? I let it settle and now want to pour coping but a little trickery now.
HI Daniel. The system needs to lock into the track. Unless you have a double track and the top track is available, our system won't work.
@@modernmouldingpoolcoping24 thank you for your reply.
Steigmier forme are easier to use looks nice i like the foam on the gaps good tip 👍
Thanks, glad you found the tip helpful!
How would you finish a washed aggregate finish? Would smooth it or also wash it?
About how long after the concrete was poured was he able to pull the form?
Where can I purchase this molding?
Makes a whole 8 minute long video....doesn't show the damn automatic safety cover working to cover the pool. Stupid.
Does the type of tape matter?
way to much work masonary nails wire ties!!
can you tell me where you got the styrofoam forms?
Thank you for coming down to Cullman AL to work on our pool!
Our Pleasure!
Very good job , excuse me on which website can I buy the forms for the cooping ? Thanks
where can I get that to buy
That tactic at the 8 minute mark for removing air bubbles is brilliant... Im about to have a pool installed, and might just mention this to my concrete subs
Thanks Ryan!
Or just use a mitre saw and get perfect corners everytime without any spray foam.
That's a great idea too! You can do it our way if you don't want to drag a mitre saw to the job site!
it seems that you dont sell direct to consumers all the places on your web site are suppliers to contractors your missing a big market by leaving out the diy people. Here there are only a few contractors that are trust worthy, they are booked for the whole season. Not that matters I do all my own work anyway. BTW nice to see the pool is bonded :) most I see are not
Good morning! We are always working on getting more distribution throughout the U.S but in the mean time we do sell direct to customers. Feel free to email me and we can get you some product. [email protected]
I think they're missing a HUGE market segment. Homeowners are ALWAYS trying to save a few dollars on their Home Improvement projects. This is one of those steps the Homeowner can undertake and save money while the concrete contractor doesn't have to delve into something they may not be fully familiar with.
How do you get the color on the edge that had the styrofoam against it?
I would like to know this answer also.
Dust with powder before ur pour
were can i by the formes can someone let me know .

wow..what a tight corner with ease...
Nice job! What is the name of the color for the concrete?
