  I build my Hu Tao with pain, it's taken like 8-9 months of building her so far. The stats are: Lvl90, Triple crowned, 4p-crimson witch, 70 / 260 crit, like 3400 atk with skill (Sorry for the late reply)

  My hu tao is triple crowned, but still my burst dmg too low 🗿... Although her charged atk is 120k each for some reason
