For any government to admit this problem will destroy the necessity to have a great deal of existing bureaucracies. And destroy their ability to secure continued financing. Because government solvency is based on an expanding population.

Anyone who feels that this middle-class liberal lady "has a point" should go and talk to some of the people whose lives' are made an absolute misery through the selfish antisocial behaviour of neighbours. There's a reason why these new prohibitions are being created. Notice that this lady never mentions any actual instances, or case law, as, like all puritans, she lives is a hypothetical universe. From the look of her, I'd guess that her home smells somewhat of ammonia.

The good news is; a government that fails to properly represent its people, is illegitimate! They must be sacked and replaced with a government that *will* represent its people!

We haven't done enough to address climate change, and that will cause massive population loss. Either way, societies will need to deal with falling populations and massive social upheaval. I'd say the bleak outlook for humanity's future is a bit of a drag on having children. Most of the causes of childlessness are directly connected to capitalism- lack of affordable housing, low wages and disgusting wealth concentration, less jobs due to automation, environmentally-linked infertility, lack of childcare, etc. So sick of wealthy old men wagging their fingers at people who have rationally looked at their situations and chosen to remain childless. How about we tax the rich and corporations to make up for the shortfall in elder care while society reduces to a more sustainable level? Problem solved. I knew this muppet was going to blame trans people at some point.

We are not free we are groomed in life to do everything they want us to do in life it starts school, then college then work for 50 year then retire.. why have we got to do this , because this is how they control us. When you just look at a travellers life style so differently from ours , no school do as you please all your life . But they don't like this way because no control of that way of life.

Excellent information, thank you! I didn't know China has bought 17 private schools in the UK, that's a bit scary. China's soft power is frightening, they seem to undermine many organisations to drive their own agenda (like the UN and WHO - as we saw during the pandemic).

Some say statutes and lower rules require the consent of the living ones. Our customs, natural and common law, on the other hand, is our birth right.

This land, the parks, the beaches the forests, the streams was all given to us by God as our birthright, then the councils, governments, lords and ladies STOLE everything slowly, slowly. They took what they wanted, they have left us with nothing. We have a right to live freely without fear as long as we cause no harm or injury to others. It is time to wake up and get together to stop our last freedoms from being taken. We are their slaves and they make us pay for that privilege.

Sorry - your're getting some things wrong. I am a mother myself - only one child, because of economic trouble in the 10 years after my daughter was born, caused by the fact, that my income was essential to our household-income - after this long period we did not want to risk everything once again, and so my daughter is my only child. ... The "family-friendly" indoctrination is part of the nationalistic indoctrination hungary to hungarians, coupled with tax-benefits, that sound great, but cost very little - and inforced by discrimination of every thought outside of the "heterosexual married couple with kids" ideology. ... Yes, there is a missing part of information in our school-system, but this is not only about the timewindow to have kids, it is also about the future perspectives these kids will have, when we shrink, stay stable or decline. Every version of development has it's pro and cons, to society, to economy, to environment.

Indeed. In front of the Town Hall of Wrexham is a beautiful green park surrounded by a low fence. I've walked the circumference of that green area and counted ( I forget exactly, it was a few years ago) 20 plus signs, each stating you must not do this and you must not do that, this is forbidden and that is forbidden--all under threat of a financial penalty. It is, to me, hugely ironic that the enforcers or the 'verbottens' are quite frequently shabbier in appearance than the homeless folk.

I thought most people opposed to lockdown were just vacuous, selfish right-wing prats who would rather drag their opinions from a motormouth airhead who flashes her bits for a living than a professional medical expert. This is, therefore, a great relief.

However. There must be some truth that PEOPLE are now breaking laws more often. Take cycling on the footpath, endangering pedestrians. Some might say this is because it is too dangerous to cycle on roads that are more busy. Our societies also have a high proportions of illegal immigrants and legal immigrants who do not seem to be willing to integrate into our chosen cultural system here in The UK. Here the government's regulatory bodies and law enforcers have a choice, force compliance on new comers or introduce new laws to restrict opposition to changes undesirable to those with long ties to this country. The background to this discussion above is that our government: MPs; ministers and; civil service have been captured by The World Economic Forum and intend to follow the objectives and strategies of The WEF rather than The UK population's wishes thrashed out in Westminster. This means WE can no longer make necessary changes within The UK, regardless of this intelligent woman's best analysis; an analysis built on traditional British values. If we have not been subsummed within an atheistic Marxist global society by 2030, we WILL be resolved by Sharia law within a decade, this just is probably not what a British person would historically have wished for.

Much legislation is created without defining the meaning of major aspects of the new laws. For example, the gender recognition act doesn't actually define what the word gender means.

  • @AndyJarman

Because politicians can't actually improve our lot, they create more and more restrictions so they look like they are doing something. I worked in local government, the way conflict between residents was resolved was the erection of signs and the creation of byelaws. The streets are littered with signs, so numerous that people don't ever read them.

This is the single best video I have seen on this platform on this issue. Free of hyperbole, free of emotive language and exaggeration. Brilliant stuff. Once upon a time this kind of conversation might have been held on the BBC (although for a long time the presenters there have tended to be left-wing ideologues dressed up in the clothes of the establishment.) Fantastic points made here.

Excellent exposure of this creeping control. I guess they will justify it by bringing more and more foreigners in, who don't know English norms, and they'll tell the locals that these extra rules and limits are because of all the foreigners. Problem with that is, the foreigners will not be forced/fined/pushed around, as they don't accept these rules as made for them. So they'll get free range, and the locals will be totally hemmed in.
