He's right tho, but i think where they branched out is after the events of civil war. and since the Loki Series has explained branched timelines. it makes more sense that way.
Tbh I never cared about the comics and I never considered them canon to the multiverse the mcu, fox x men, spider verse or any other marvel movies outside of the mcu so I do think that there is a live action version of universe 616 but it's not the MCU. If there was a live action earth 616 I'd think it would be a more faithful adaptation than what the MCU has given us. The MCU is faithful but not to the point I would consider it 616 I still think it's earth 199999 it was said by spider-man 2099 and his technology is way more far advanced than earth 838 technology due to it being 2099 technology so the mcu is not 616. Maybe there is a live action earth 616 out there that we haven't seen yet but it's definitely not the mcu.
That also means that there is a cart full of Infinity Stones back on The Timeline. At the end of time. In a world populated by dozens of Lokis. Scary thought, huh?

On the Multiverse note, we recognize that there are stories-movies and series-that are canonical to Marvel but were created by different storytellers during different periods of Marvel's history. (By this we can assume it very much is canon unless the creator of AOS says otherwise)
@wearegeekoclock Yes, on a multiverse note, agents of shields are technically cannon, but to the sacred timeline, it's definitely not. At the beginning of the show, it was, or at least it seemed to be, cannon to the sacred timeline, but once it touched timetravel, it left the sacred timeline and became a branched timeline. As for the creator of the show, he has no say as to what's Canon to the sacred timeline or not he can say it's Canon, but Kevin Feige could say otherwise. Kevin gets the last say in what's officially cannon to the sacred timeline and what isn't the same way Kevin decided the defenders to be cannon to the sacred timeline.

@iha_fairhair brother, I'm looking at the timeline agents of Shield nowhere on it. As for your argument, Shield died it did die, yes, but Colson remade shield and made Mack in charge of shield. Yes, Shield is a secret organization, but Fury would know about it he would have called them for issues by now. Plus, at the end of agents of shield, there's a building in the back when coulsons flying away that was destroyed in winter soldier you can argue tome travel but it makes more sense for it to be in a doffrent universe. Agents of shield was a good show, but it's time to face reality it's not Canon to the sacred timeline.
Marvel doesn't know how to multiverse. The writers don't have sci fi chops. So their plots - and I mean by the standards of sci fi and fantasy - are just dumb.
I remember a couple years ago before Doctor Strange Multiverse of madness came out I looked up what earth did the MCU take place on because I was learning more about the Multiverse in the Marvel universe and it did say 19999 so that he changed it to 616 really makes things really weird.
Does no one pay attention that 1. Peter acts on his rage most of the time when he loses his loved ones. In fact, count it as just volatile emotions. He emptied (not really, energy weapons) his guns into Ego and he had an outburst when his mom passed before running out of the hospital. 2. Nebula caused the words to be exchanged by saying out loud that Thanos took Gamora to get the soul stone then did nothing when Peter lost his temper. But yes, let’s ignore everyone else’s screwups in infinity war and focus on Peter’s very human reaction to hearing his lover was killed for a rock.

Their sonar was good enough, but the torpedoes weren't. I can't remember the percentage, but it was almost 3 quarters that wouldn't detonate. You can look up countles stories of sub attacks and hearing that torpedoes did hit but did nothing. Also, the tactics used then to now have changed. Then they used wolf pack tactics, and now a single sub can do the same damage 6-7 in WW2 would have done.
It didn't happen, because at the end of Secret Wars 2015 Reed Richards recreated almost the entire multiverse, including the MCU.
Marvel studios aren't gonna replace Kang, they're just in a process to creating god stuff,as we know Kang has various variants, pretend that a variant would've visited Latvaria and tried to snitch Room's time machine to conquer the nine realms... Gods, demigods and everyone would have tried to stop them but Kang wins in the Doom's dynasty but Doom beteayes kang and will become God emperor doom where he will defeat every character and the multiversal war takes place in the void built by doom, Twist reveals that every character along with their three sets of variants would try to defeate Doom...

The multiverse as a concept is really lacking intellectually.
MCU is one of the shards of the main Comic Multiverse which grew into its own universe and eventually Multiverse. It’s most likely accessible through Earth-199999 since the entire concept is 6+ Dimenional therefore how we’d perceive or think of it overlapping with other Movies and shows would be irrelevant.

It is not Earth 616 and can’t be since that designation belongs to Peter B. Parker from the original comics and from both Spider-Verse movies (and Miguel O’hara called it 616B in Across the Spider-Verse because Peter B. Parker’s timeline was changed in ITSV like other 4 and now they are involved with the multiverse), Easy.

This is one thing that I think makes it worse. Not even 2 days after the death of William Hurt, they announced Harrison Ford was now playing Ross. I know that he's not as prominent a figure as T'challa, but no matter who it is, it comes off as extremely hypocritical after they said 2 years was too soon. How long after Hurts death did they wait to recast him? A day? An hour?
