    I did 6 sets to complete failure of atg hack squats after 3 sets of failure of seated legcurls after 3 sets of failure of leg extension. we are not the same

    Go last set to failure. You need to know Where is your failure so in the other sets u can go out about 2-3 reps before failure. It will improve your gains. 👏🔕🫨

    Nice, just remember to not bend your wrist on the bench press. Make sure you keep your wrists locked.

    No need to use a bosu ball when doing pushups, they are already unstable enough And if you think it isn't enough core demand then do single arm overhead press and do those single arm rows but without any support
