Go last set to failure. You need to know Where is your failure so in the other sets u can go out about 2-3 reps before failure. It will improve your gains. 👏🔕🫨

No need to use a bosu ball when doing pushups, they are already unstable enough And if you think it isn't enough core demand then do single arm overhead press and do those single arm rows but without any support
