Blacks benefit from the enslavement of their ancestors. Today, on average, descendants of slaves have 10 times the income of the descendants of the Africans that weren’t enslaved. That’s entirely because they live in a European society.

This is very important, thank you so much. Young people are still people, not investments or subordinates. Experience does NOT equal wisdom, but it can easily equal bad set in mindsets and habits. violence against children is ALWAYS wrong and ineffective. read the science, it's literally been out and peer reviewed for YEARS. reevaluate.

When you have children you might change your point of view. There is no such thing as adultism.

Explain yourself. Why would having children make you a more agist person? I think that is called becoming the worst person, and plenty of people avoid that.

Dr. Shefali has much wisdom to share; however, Spinoza gives us a method of awakening the mind and improving its understanding through reason and intuition. Our emotions are important to see how we are affected by the challenges that come our way. WayofSpinoza.com

What she's saying reminds me of a fundamental in islamic way of thinking about anything happens to a person good or bad. As a muslim I believe that whatever happens to me is happening for me, because good things are gifts in this life and bad things when faced with patience, acceptance and courage are gifts for the afterlife 🥰

@ 47:24 I loughed so much !!! When she said you need to take your 13 or 14 y.o. child and say : "listen, your mom is kind of crazy " 😄😄😄 Its like dynamite to your own awareness, First- you got to point of life where you are aware that you are crazy, and Second-you are so brave that you can admit it without shame... Believe me I know people in their 80's and still are affraid to admit to anybody ( own son, friends, etc. ) that Truth

As you ladies mature, you will realize that your message can be lost on the statements you make by what is written on your clothes and things that you wear on them. When you wear "Black Lives Matter," and " Black Girls Matter" buttons, you are making the statement that you have little or no concern for people outside those smaller circles. All lives matter and both genders matter, and gender confused people matter.
