    Do you mean the new Super Novo X? If so, they are quite different. The Super Novo X has a split track roller track, while the Highpointe has a regular L-track. That is the primary difference. dr. w.

    @@rOHRshackartpottery Comparing the Super Novo to the Highpointe, they are both standard L-track chairs. The Super Novo can handle taller and bigger bodies. The Highpointe has a much deeper, intense roller massage than the Super Novo. More programs in the Super Novo and the Highpointe has calf rollers and calf airbag kneading. If you are hurting after every session, and you've turned the roller intensity down all the way, that is a concern. I would suggest using a throw blanket, folded in quarters, length-wise, draped over the back of your chair to act as a padding to reduce the intensity. We use one in our showrooms all the time. Because of the curve of the mid back spine, the rollers tend to dig deeper there than in any other location of the back. I hope this helps. dr. w.

If you are seriously considering one of their chairs, make sure you understand their warranty. Is the labor coverage going to be in-home coverage or do you have to send the chair back to them to fix it or do they just set you the parts and you have to do the repair yourself. Hello I purchased the Diawa Hybrid Supreme about a year ago and some change. Now my story is I have a son with Autism. He loves to climb on me or ride my back like a horse. As he got bigger he didn't understand his size and he still climbs on me. Well one day the center on back on my spine i started to hurt. Now I also work for a famous delivery company so i have normal aches and pains. I also suffer from some neck pain that gives me headaches. After i purchased the chair my spine back pain went away. The chair also takes care of my neck pain. Believe it or not i used my chair often in the middle of the night. When ever i wake up i hop in it and before i know i drift off to sleep. This chair really serves multiple uses for me. For me it is worth the price because i use it daily whenever i want. Happy chair hunting people.

    Can you comment on the quality of the Synca JP3000 chair body stretching compared to other models?

  • @massagechairrelief
    @massagechairrelief3 ай бұрын

    There are typically 3 types of stretch programs in massage chairs: full body extension stretch, hip distraction stretch, and segmental stretch. Full body extension stretches are typically found in S-track chairs and many of the new split track chairs. Hip distraction stretches are found in standard SL-track chairs. Segmental stretches are not as common as they used to be when Japanese designed chairs were more common. The Synca JP3000 is one of those models. It is an S-track chair, but because of the Japanese design and engineering, it uses segmental stretches. Segmental stretches means that the chair offers a stretch of the neck, and another for the back, and then another for the hips. These types of stretches use airbags and rollers that focus on those three areas. Whereas the fully body extension stretch and the hip distraction stretch are a more full body stretch, that also uses rollers and airbags, they are not separately segmental to the neck, back, and hips, like the JP3000. Other models that have the segmental stretch include the Panasonic MAK1 and Panasonic MAJ7 (which also happen to be Japanese designed & engineered). I hope this helps. dr. w.

    Thanks for your inquiry. A very hard question to answer! So many great premium chairs on the market right now with similar quality. The top selling chairs at this time, at our stores, are the Luraco i9 Max Special Edition and the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid. Are they the best on the market? I wish I could say. It used to be easier to point to one model that was the best, but so many more have come to the market in recent years, many of which are made in great factories with quality components. The Japanese chairs are known for better testing protocols, so they would more than likely have lower failure rates, but some of them lack in feature innovations, like arm rollers and split-track technology, that the Chinese factories have come out with. The American-made Luraco chairs come with quality components, a great feature-set, and US-design & build. I know I'm not answering your question the way you wanted, but in today's massage chair market, there are too many great choices, for various reasons. dr. w.

  • @massagechairrelief
    @massagechairrelief4 ай бұрын

    There was a time when I would have agreed with you. However, over the last couple of years, Osaki has upped their game with regards to better quality chairs, built in better factories, and their customer support has improved as well. Their higher end chairs are certainly what I would consider premium chairs. They are built in reputable factories, like 0:02 Ogawa, Rotai, and iRest. I have been carrying Osaki chairs for well over a decade. There was a time when I only limited the models I carried from them to 4 to 6. Since I offer a lifetime labor warranty, I didn’t want to have to fix cheaply made chairs from cheaper factories, since I was paying for the service calls. It became quite expensive. However, since they have introduced their new premium line of chairs, from well-known and respected factories, that I am familiar with, their failure rate has dropped. Many of your chairs are made in the same factories. Dr. W.

  • @Relaxacare
    @Relaxacare4 ай бұрын

    @@massagechairrelief I might tend to agree however the actual manufacturer (osaki) played games and caused major branding issues at Relaxacare. Hopefully there is no issues but during Covid we sold tons of Osaki products and ended up with many headaches. Most high end chairs come from good factories over seas but it’s up to Osaki to push quality or to push cheaper build quality and their angle was bigger profits over quality. There is risk when selling a brand that cares more for profits than customer experience.

    Thank you for all of your videos. Do you know of a knowledgeable person in the Dallas, TX area that I could contact to remove my Inada massage chair from my house? It works perfectly. I just don't want it anymore and I don't want to tear it up removing it.

    We could help you find someone to disassemble the chair, but you would need to find a local furniture moving company to get it out of your house. For a technician to disassemble the chair, try calling Jez Enterprises at 877-242-0749. They are a national network of technicians and can certainly find someone in your area who can be hired to take the chair apart. I hope this helps. dr. w.

    I see a wide variety chairs in your office. Where can I go to sit in such a variety of massage chairs to determine what chair is best for me?

    Hello, really really enjoyed this video. I had a real Relax and sent it back because it was not efficient for my liking. The airbags did not work fully and I felt really snugged in that chair. I am planning on buying a Infiniti Evolution chair I realize that is a really big chair. I’m only 5.8ft with wide shoulders & 250lbs. What would you recommend from the Infiniti line That have pretty much the same capability of the infinity evolution chair for around $4000? I played sports most of my life now I am coping with back problems arthritis pain throughout my whole body and inflammation.

    The Infinity Evolution Max and the Infinity Genesis Max are essentially the same chair, just sold through different channels. They would fit you just fine. The only Infinity chair that is priced at $4K or less is the Riage CS, but it is not a full-feature massage chair like the Evolution Max or Genesis Max. You may be able to find some refurbished or used Infinity chairs out there for the price you are looking for. dr. w.

    Good stuff.. One of my main buying decision is the Leather or lack of. I have only seen Laraco chairs with leather. I am looking forward to your report on PU leather.
