Funny thing is there was a Chivalry patch yesterday. I applied it and reset my EAC for the millionth time. Now all my EAC games work. That being said I probably won’t go back to Chiv for wanting to try new things and to grow the channel.

Thanks for the love :) I really like learning about Napoleonic Era and I enjoyed TW Napoleon too! In terms of gameplay wise I feel that TW Shogun 2 Fall of The Samurai was a step up from Napoleon and I enjoyed that one a lot more. The Armstrong woods look amazing and I think I've seen it in a couple of movies.

I had a similar problem with easy anti cheat. One thing that helped was to keep verifying the game files through steam and that seems to work temporarily. The more I verify the more I can play without my game crashing. For the past weeks I have had 0 game crashes, weird bug. Hope that helps! Keep up the content bro!

Lets drop some honesty here. I love your videos, specifically the Morhau and Chiv videos. The reason why I love them is because you approach the game as a regular player would. You aren't a super sweaty duelist, and you use good tactics and gameplay to have a lot of fun while topping TO lobbies. The other creators in the melee game space (Stridah, Ziggy, etc) are super sweaty duelists who don't loose often, and aren't great at describing what is it they are doing in a game and then displaying it. They're great channels, don't get me wrong, but I've learned more from you than them when it comes to TO gameplay, and being able to control space and use footwork. EAC is garbage. You're issue comes from how it interacts with the Windows kernel. Reinstalling windows should fix the issue, but it's a hassle. I personally use Linux over Windows for gaming (which I don't recommend unless you are IT savvy, or just hate Windows that much), and have had to deal with this issue as well. It's the nature of kernel level ACs, which aren't going anywhere. While I support not supporting Epic (scummy company), the reality of gaming (and generally everyday life) is that it's better for mental health to just do what you love over boycotting a company that will still get your money anyway. Remember, Epic owns Unreal Engine, along with a whole host of assets. You keep doing you bud, but remember that the love you will see in these comments is a very small percentage of your viewer base, and switching gears with 1k subs will mean you need to rebuild over time the viewers and subscribers you loose. While it's just a hobby for you and not a fulltime job, you are right to say it's a part time job. I tried my hand at content creation back in the day, and I lost my motivation for it when I tried to swap genres before building a sufficient core of viewers. Best of luck to you, and what it is you enjoy before anything else. Life is short. Cheers friend.

I would like to continue to make videos in the melee space but I only really enjoy the gameplay loop of Chivalry 2 which I can't play anymore so it is what it is. A lot of people with the same issue as me have also reinstalled windows and it hasn't resolved the issue for them. Maybe they didn't do it properly who knows. I'm not tech savvy but I've considered it and ultimately decided against it. Totally agree with you on the point of doing what you love. Totally understand the people who like or comment are a small percentage of the viewer base. I will do what I do and if people enjoy what they see then the views and likes will come. Not afraid to change things up and try new things because I enjoy the learning process of youtube. It's a hobby and a passion for me. I know that I am a long way off if I want to make it a full time thing. Life is so short and so precious. I love making videos and interacting with you all so I will keep doing that.

Even if you perfectly lead shots you still miss, ive seen enemies turning or stopping literally the moment i release my arrow. If anything you also need to understand the pshycology of your targets. Which is mostly just guessing.

Need to set yourself up for success. Not every shot will land. That’s just the reality. Maintaining good distance and shooting in enfilade gives the best results.

Thanks for commenting. I actually considered hopping over to faceit. In premier my opponents were already faceit 7-10 but then I remembered it probably going to make me upset haha. I think in all of CS I have 5000+ hours. Putting that into perspective I could have learned 50 skills or completed 50 story rich games.

You can play the man at arms or guardian class to use sword and shield. You will unlock different weapons as you play. For specific sword and shield skins you need to unlock them in character customisation.

Okay now here's where you're wrong. Archers did in fact devote most of their life to training. Understand that most archers were actually more strong and more vascular than knights. The bow weight during that time had to be well over 100lbs to pierce armor and be able to shoot at a safe range without hurting your own side. Also the fact that you don't live a long life fighting. Not important but just a little fun fact. Once Crossbows came out the skill threshold to be effective reduced dramatically and then the noob archer would apply.

Yeah archers (the English were known for their laws and policies which encouraged archery) trained for most of their life. It often warped their muscular-skeletal system and they were very strong. I reckon they used 150-200Ibs and from watching Todd’s workshop that would go right through mail and possibly through thin parts of plate. Agreed crossbows lowered the requirement to be a good ranged fighter. Don’t remember what I said in the video because it was a while back but I completely agree with you.
