Since so many ppl struggle with over eating, so many obese ppl, i wish all out eating places had available energetic values of their dishes. To get the realistic u derstanding how much too much we actually eat. It should be mandatory tbh. Especially many places have way too big portions, epecially in Usa....❤ You are so beautyful and fit in my eyes. Maybe u nt need to be so strict:)?

It’s hypocritical to share calories when bulking but not cutting because someone can also overeat and gain excess weight when you share biking calories. I wish women were more objective and open about what it takes to bulk AND cut. I wish there was more transparency with gym going females.

I feel like a lot of gym people can't win either way with what they share! I don't disagree with what you're saying but if you want to watch videos where people discuss calories there's plenty of other channels that do but I prefer not to anymore.

Jess! you might be a bit addicted to caffeine, hence the desire to have preworkout / energy drinks and not performing as well as you would like when you don't have any... maybe try a coffee or squash instead and wean yourself off, nothing worse than gym brain fog because your body is waiting for the caffeine hit. I have the same issue when I am taking preworkout every time <3

Out of curiosity how many calories are you eating on your cut? Don't worry if you don't want to answer as I know some people don't like discussing calories. I've just started going to the gym (around a month) and really want to build muscle, but don't want to increase my calories from maintenance as weight wise I am around 10lbs over my goal weigh. Is it still possible to gain muscle in a calorie deficit?

Hey! So it’s definitely still possible to gain muscle whilst in a deficit it will just be a slower process. If you’ve just started the gym aswell you are likely to get “newbie gains” but as long as you are eating a high protein diet, following a plan and making sure you work in progressive overload you will be able to build muscle, it’s obviously just easier when eating in a surplus!! Xx

Hey!! Firstly good luck with your journey🫶🏼 My biggest bit of advice is to workout your own calorie deficit as every body is different, there's calculators online that can do this for you & then stick to that deficit as that is how you will lose weight! Also increasing steps to 8-10k a day is such a good tool to utilise! If you need anymore advice feel free to give me a dm and I'd be so happy to help you 🥰
