Since it's plastic, try to find the red mechanic grease and use a qtip for even spreading on any gear or wheel that doesn't need traction, ends up saving wear and tear when a bite or breakdown happens in irl rollercoasters too
I honestly believe that just greasing up the wheels does a lot more.
He's using the ceramic bearings and the grease hurts the speed

You should invest in ceramic hybrid bearings for the future. Trust me. Even with the stock trains, they move!
