  The machine is too big, you can only wash one rack at a time before you have to clear the clean table. If the machine was smaller you could wash several racks before having to clear the clean table.

  That machine cannot clean totally the plates ,glass and cutleries. I ended up cleaning again the plates that they will use for my customers as I always found out the stain and dirt.So the restaurant that i worked for hired a real dishwasher person just to avoid the complaint.

  I am a dish pit king so im always looking for faster more productive ways and you do exactly what i do..i just dont have any helper i run both sides alone so its a little stressful at times..well mainly closing time bc it's like the diahes pots pans an silverware gangbang the DISHPIT 😂 great video tho

Let me tell you working as a dishwasher at night shift sucks because your the last one to leave the job because you have to wash every dishes that the customers eat off of also you can't leave no dishes behind. Plus the extra work you have to do during closing time also. Being a day dishwasher is better than working night shift.
