    You really mean it? PREVENTING? Then please help me!

  • @otiebrown9999

    It should not be too difficult to help me go from -0.75 diopters, to +0.25 Diopters. Or from 20/60 to 20/20. That is the real meaning of scientific prevention. Or, are you prohibited from helping me. Could you explain why you will not help?

    I would say, exclusively PREVENTED!

  • @otiebrown9999
    @otiebrown99993 ай бұрын

    Of course it can be prevented. Get rid of all close work. This is how I objectively went from -1 Diopters to +0.25 Diopters. Snellen went from 20/60, to 20/20. It took two year. I continue with this prevention. Thanks for your assistance.

    Distortion of mires or retinoscopy reflex after blink is not necessarily and tear film issue , it could be a fitting issue in soft lenses also , flat fit vs steep fit.

    I believe you are talking about KERATOMETRY mires - If that is the case, yes you are right it could be due to the fit of the lens too

    A high priority would be to help a pilot go from 20/60 to 20/20, who has the scientific intelligence to do it correctly. A subject to totally avoid - tragically. That is from -1 Diopters to +0.5 Diopters -- accurately measured.

    This proves Jake Steiners method works. I wear -0.25 less when driving and push my screen back while doing close work and never wear distance prescription while doing close work. -1.5 -> -0.5 in a year. Works to reverse. I’m going to have my eye doctor measure my eye to prove that it changed my eye shape.

    Some of your previous myopia was probably due to accommodative spasm, where the lens is permanently over focused, thus mimicking nearsightedness while not being actual nearsightedness. We call it "pseudo-myopia". It can be mitigated with certain eye drops and eye exercises, but most of the time, it relaxes after some years as you get older, since the eyes' ability to accommodate/focus up close diminishes, and thus the ability to over-accommodate diminishes as well. Quite common. Regards, an optometrist from Denmark.

    Hi Jeff. Now at 20/20. Refractive state = +0.5 Diopters. Must measure for 20/20.
