  Dear mr. Huffman, thank you for your message. To unlock the functions of the manual strapping tool you need to press several keys. First, you press the bottom right key for approximately 2 seconds. This is the key with the lock symbols. Then, you press the middle upper key. This is the key with the small clock with dots around it.
