If you are interested in seeing a variety of CT based groups that I had the privilege of performing with from the early 70's to present and some of my original material, then enter and enjoy.
Some of the top videos include a performance with Chuck Berry in 2006, an great evening after opening up for Badfinger in 1971 and various other footage.

Nice!
What keyboard was that? The shadow was covering it.
I wish I could remember..I know it was made in CT and it was a great synth as the keyboard was able to be disconnected as you can see on the video and played, but on this video our other singer who was behind my regular keyboard setup was able to change the pitch at times for me..so it was great to use, although it wasn't very practical and went out of tune as did my mini moog back in the 70's that I had..but it was a great experience..
Great cover...
Fantastic performance… of course!
Beautiful. I had the pleasure to see Dan in concert several times.
Tommy sounds great but I can’t see him! 😂 🎸
This is beautiful!!!
Great show
Great promo video
Great work again!! Keep the cover coming!!🎸
Nick...nice work...curious, what keyboards did you use? One sounds like a Korg?
Hi Bob..both Korgs, Kronos and M50..always love the M50 sounds
Courageous attempt to achieve the snap & pop at a time which to me was America's best era in music. Kudos to all who worked at it so hard at a very young age.
The way my DNA is set up. Anything veteran Surprise musicians performed. Especially as individuals prior to the very formation of Surprise is of hot interest to me. Gotta dig it.
I love soul music 🎶
This sounds really good for the era. I used to see you play regularly in the 1970s & early '80s, all the bands you were in, all over Central CT. I was at the Muzzy Field show in 1972 (Surprise, right?), and when they lowered the drinking age to 18 the next year (or '74?), it was at the bars (I remember seeing you at the Crazy Horse & David's, among others). Good times.
Wow.. that’s great to hear.. it’s amazing how many people still remember us.. thanks for your kind thoughts.. hope all is well with you James.. Muzzi field.. now, that was a hot day 🙂
@@nikkoafter Those were the days...thanks Nick.
Great job. ...wonderful tribute to the best band ever 👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇲💯☮️
Many thanks! There were absolutely amazing…👍🏻
You could’ve told me this was a demo that Yes made back in the early days and I would’ve had no reason to doubt you. These guys were so effing solid! So glad this gem got preserved
50th anniversary of 2 masterpieces, Brain Salad Surgery & Photos of Ghosts !
Friend from Baltimore who heard the song wrote to me his reaction. "Not bad - many, many light years above anything original that I could accomplish."
🎉😮G O O D I E ❤😮😊!! BERNIE GERMANY 😊
Not just because my allegiance goes back to the exciting days of SURPRISE. Back in Connecticut. The vocal is Nick himself. His own well-crafted song. Taking no prisoners in the orbit. Crisp yet poignant and raw. That voice will pull you to the curb. Get you to ponder your own sentiment quickly. The business end of the song for me is that voice. Gets you where you live. --Stevie Duster
Much appreciated comments Sir Stevie :)

Awesome!!!
Steve is dead. Howard’s in Florida newspaper editor. Papo is teaching his son guitar. Carl (CC) is also dead. Don’t know about Frank. Al Astro (audio engineer) is working at Wesleyan University Center for the Arts department (audio engineer) and doing freelance shows in Connecticut.
Frank is still performing with several local bands and has been recording a bunch of original songs by Nick Stargu (keyboard player from Oreo) at Nicks studio, Starcinamusicgroup.com
Papo’s son is a star on his own. Lives in Nashville where he tours with several national acts .
Excellent voice
❣️Still Love your Voice!❣️

You guys are Fantastic. ~Been a long time since~I saw you live. Te vi vivir como un adolescente diminuto cuando estabais todos en una banda llamada Surprise. Best of love and life to all of you!

Great music English progressive sound for film scores and concerts
Strong powerful sweetness they need good things to happen to them music needs to be heard by everyone
Is there a reason you took down my dad's video?
Hi Sam, my apologies to your dad..no offense was meant to be had in removing the video's and audio clips that he performed on. He's a great drummer and a great guy to work with. We were informed by management that it would be necessary to remove any and all songs, video's and audio that did not represent the current musician's performing on them. We started a new project and are in the process of redoing all the songs that were written in the past.. Unfortunately that included songs and video's that Tom performed on. In no way does it reflect on his musicianship. I have nothing but the greatest respect for you dad..I'm sure he'll have lots more songs and video's to perform on in the future in other endeavors.
GREAT entertainment! Nikki, your da man!
