NFC Championship game? With all those changes? Other teams don't stand still. Green Bay, Detroit, 49ers, possibly Tampa Bay, LA Rams, and yeah, Dallas, will all be in the mix along with the Eagles. Same hype pre-season every year by Philly blogs and sports writers, and then 10-1 becomes 11-6, which could be the ceiling for the Eagles this year. Too many unknowns this year.
If the offense is successful, i agree, we must keep the OC. We can’t keep changing OC and expect consistency in winning every year. I wouldn’t mind if we have 2 head coaches type sht if they so afraid of Firing Nick

If Eagles go deep into the play-offs, you have to consider hiring Moore as HC. NFCC appearance means Fangio had a decent season and is not likely gonna go anywhere at this stage in his career. He’ll be happy to retire as an Eagle when the time comes. He should be looking to develop his replacement the next season or two. On the offensive side of that equation it means Moore had a successful year and as you stated, when Nick handed the play-calling off to the Steichen, there was a marked change in production. If that cycle repeats with Moore at helm of the O, then you really have to retain him and that means HC. Nick believes in competition.
Just for the record Kellen Moore had his best success when he was calling plays for Dak Prescott not the other way around, Dak was runner-up for league MVP with McCarthy calling plays last season, Kellen Moore got fired last season. The Eagles going to the NFC championship game a year removed from that defense 😂

I have always absolutely despised Bill Belichick but I know he would win 3 Super Bowls with this organization. He would let the coordinators do their job but he would still be a the leader like Andy Reid. I just think a winning team has to have a leader of a head coach.
