Good work! Creating this podcast was a great idea. I would personally be interested to hear more about Vlada’s experience working with Victoria Secret in a story time format similar to the video Karlie Kloss posted about tripping at Alexander McQueen. Was she working with the brand as a fit model similar to how Candice Swanepoel started out working for the brand, or had she been selected to walk in the show in 2008? What was it like to work with their team and attend those castings? There are a lot of mixed stories about what happened on TikTok.
Absolutely loved this video! The guest was incredibly inspiring and charming, adding such depth to the discussion. And hats off to the host for steering the conversation with such finesse and insight. Can't wait for more episodes!

Let me 1st say I subscribed! I am interested in hearing your guests and seeing people that are normally not known to the public. So I love the idea of this podcast very much! I also added another video of yours to my Watch Later Playlist. This is my Critique of Episode 000: I think that the video quality and relaxed intimate setting is a nice touch. The overall vibe is there--the camera angles, the audio quality, and video length is nice as well. I don't think, however, this episode was as informative as intended in terms of the "Meet our Hosts" concept. I came here because I follow Vlada on IG along with a I guess fan account aimed at posting Vlada related content (which is where I saw a clip of this interview). Vlada is also one of my favorite models; I love how humble, strong willed, and hard she works. So its safe to say I came here for Vlada (though I did love hearing Ines' experiences). I watched the full video from start to finish and have to say there was *SO much* that could have been asked here that just wasn't, which was unfortunately very disappointing. For more context, everything that was asked about Vlada (and her answers) are things that any fan, person who loves to research, or any general fashion admirer would know---its public record. Her start as a model, her not knowing what was going on early in her career (or the impact she was making), her going to Tokyo then Europe then America, etc. Its all basic information that a google search on her can inform us on. I was not expecting a sort of "Fashion Exposé" filled with gossip or scandal, but I did at the very least expect more direct and thorough questions, engaging follow up questions, and answers to questions that google doesn't have. I wrote some good example questions below: Laid back intro questions: - How did you feel working at such a young age? - How did you navigate traveling to foreign counties where you didn't speak the language? - If English wasn't your first language, how long did it take for you to learn and become fluent? Did you actively study it? - As early 00s models, who would you say you your favorite or least favorite model coworkers were back then and why? - (Specific to Vlada, but Ines can answer since she is also Slavic) You, Natasha (Poly), Snejana, and other Slavic women were leading the 00s models back then. What did you like about working with your fellow Slavs? Spicy Questions: - There was an article or even several written in 2006- 2008 mentioning you (Vlada), Natasha, and Snejana being too thin. What were your thoughts on those articles? How did that make you feel? What are your thoughts on body image as a model? - Did you date anyone at the height of your career? If so who and please share your dating experience... - What was your worst, painful, or traumatic "at work" experience? What was your best, most memorable, or positive at work experience? Spicier Questions: - Have you ever stolen anything from your runway shows? **Luckily this was addressed by Ines but Vlada didn't say much. - You don't have to mention names, but who are some people in the fashion world you avoid or hate working with and why? - If either of you have (or planned to have) kids, would you let them do modeling (like you did) why or why not? - What are your thoughts on the fashion world's beauty standards in regards to race, gender, and nationality? How do you fit in to it? Did you ever struggle or see other models struggle due to these standards? - Have you or a collegeue experienced discrimination due to your identity, nationality, etc? *If I were the host (and if they agreed to answering these questions), these are the questions I would want answered. These are the things that cannot be found online, cannot be straight up researched, and cannot be validated unless if comes from the guests themselves.* I hope the see this in the future.

I have been watching fashion shows for a long time since now being in my 70's there was a lot of exposure to models, etc. and wondered why is it that so many models to not smile and look angry or upset at something went going down the runway. Are they being instructed not to smile or show any emotion....? Just curious.
Girls talk about walking and mood on the stage in episode 001 with Paulo. They walk the way the client wants them to walk.
