    Even with all that the justice system is broken because civil rights attorneys can choose to turn down your case just because for example their supporter of law enforcement it doesn't matter if you were a victim of abusive of power in other words there is no justice when it comes to Injustice here in America. Some get lucky others don't it's just the nature of the beast.

    I don’t think people expect immediate call backs, I know I don’t; however it’s often excessive at least what I’m going through. Or when they get back to you in a week, to book an appointment to talk to them …it’s another week out! Throw in their court trials in which they are unavailable for a week, and vacation (with both lawyers on either side) it’s now 2 -4 weeks to have a response THEN rinse and repeat when they have to do follow up work whatever that is. I feel they need to at least have someone backing them up if they are not available longer than a week. It’s too expensive yo change lawyers when it’s near the finish line.

    Hello, I have a diversity of citizenship issue concerning my automobile financing corporation in PA. My install payments hasn't been reported to 2 credit agencies in 13 months and on one agency it's reflecting my account is closed. I've contacted this intuition on 3 occasions from Jan-June this years (2024) concerning this matter which is still unresolved. I was told in January the matter would be investigated and someone would be in touch with me, which that never happened. This has hindered my abilities to make purchases on things and assist my kids if needed in things they may need.

    Attorneys are greedy when those who need them the most are unable to place a $5k retainer up to $20k. We respect the profession We just need the practice to take on claims for plaintiffs and not just defending those who harm.

    What if I took someone to court and he lied in a civil case. And the court went in h 6:35 is favor due to the lies that he said but didn’t show proof . I wasn’t prepared for. I had all the facts to prove to the court about how he swindled me but, instead this judge that wasn’t aware with the case made a harmful unlawful decision on behalf of his opening lying statements . We were both sworn to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. What kind of lawyer do I need to go back to court and show perjury on this case?

    @@PeterJLamontEsq im in my local panera now and theres like 7 different signs saying they contain caffeine. I would argue that the amount of sugar is even more dangerous, as you dont hit the daily recommend max amount of caffeine by drinking a large, but you do drink 120% of the daily recommended amount of sugar. Thats a bigger problem

  • @mrbamfo5000
    @mrbamfo50002 ай бұрын

    The only time those make sense, is for high level executives who know all the corporate strategy and proprietary information. At that point, you don't want them to go to a competitor and telling them everything you're doing. And even those need a set time limit after you leave a job, before you can go to a competitor. But as usual companies started to use them regularly and at all levels of employment. There were fast food places making lineworkers making minimum wage or slightly above, sign non-compete clauses when they hire on. So if you worked for McDonald's for $8/hr and the Burger King across the street offers you $9/hr, and you'd signed an Non-compete you wouldn't be able to leave McDonalds and take the Burger King job and the raise.
