Felony battery on Leo ( security guard tackled me ) 5 months later case is dropped my attorney did nothing besides assigning himself to my case . Can I get my money back ?
Good to know, thanks 🙏
Even with all that the justice system is broken because civil rights attorneys can choose to turn down your case just because for example their supporter of law enforcement it doesn't matter if you were a victim of abusive of power in other words there is no justice when it comes to Injustice here in America. Some get lucky others don't it's just the nature of the beast.
I don’t think people expect immediate call backs, I know I don’t; however it’s often excessive at least what I’m going through. Or when they get back to you in a week, to book an appointment to talk to them …it’s another week out! Throw in their court trials in which they are unavailable for a week, and vacation (with both lawyers on either side) it’s now 2 -4 weeks to have a response THEN rinse and repeat when they have to do follow up work whatever that is. I feel they need to at least have someone backing them up if they are not available longer than a week. It’s too expensive yo change lawyers when it’s near the finish line.
Minute 13:33 to see the example of the timeline.
Omg thank you god!!! ❤❤

Can you advise if I have a case I have real estate outside of US and maybe in jeopardy?
Hello, I have a diversity of citizenship issue concerning my automobile financing corporation in PA. My install payments hasn't been reported to 2 credit agencies in 13 months and on one agency it's reflecting my account is closed. I've contacted this intuition on 3 occasions from Jan-June this years (2024) concerning this matter which is still unresolved. I was told in January the matter would be investigated and someone would be in touch with me, which that never happened. This has hindered my abilities to make purchases on things and assist my kids if needed in things they may need.
This video was so helpful thank you very much
Attorneys are greedy when those who need them the most are unable to place a $5k retainer up to $20k. We respect the profession We just need the practice to take on claims for plaintiffs and not just defending those who harm.
What if I took someone to court and he lied in a civil case. And the court went in h 6:35 is favor due to the lies that he said but didn’t show proof . I wasn’t prepared for. I had all the facts to prove to the court about how he swindled me but, instead this judge that wasn’t aware with the case made a harmful unlawful decision on behalf of his opening lying statements . We were both sworn to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. What kind of lawyer do I need to go back to court and show perjury on this case?
Odds are you will not get hired by a large firm. They want to work new attorneys 60 plus a week.
Agreed.
Thanks, Peter. Very helpful.
Thank you!

so we live another era where information is easily access. speechify exists now. people can have entire pdfs off of govt webpages read to them while they are driving or doing their current job. etc. books can be read and we b pages and custom made google docs etc. me person even if young. im 35. i went to college 18 to 21 pharmacy technology it was a waste of 3 years i struggled with no job or bad jobs until age 25 when i became a trucker i been trucking on and off past 10 years. but past 3 or 4 years i been really trying to expand my knowledge into all kinds of things including business and law. i personally feel that i can learn much more efficiently and cheaper without the colleges. just sharing my own life experiences. and also sharing how advanced modern day technology has become which plays a factor also.
Pro se litigants are on the rise. I read upward of 50% civil cases. Avvo did an article on why people are disappointed with lawyers. It’s a growing trend.

The law always favors the bold, entitled, aggressive neighbor who is taking land of another. Rarely do you see a true land owner win a quiet title case.
I wonder if my Jelly Roll dessert from Italy written in 1924 has any help. Jelly Rolls have been around for years. Way before these 🤡s.
Good point lol
My brother died from drinking too many energy drinks. He was averaging 8-10 a day. It ruined his heart and was put on the transplant list. He was 47.
That is absolutely horrible. I am so sorry. That is why people need to be aware of the risks.
Lol. That's pretty fucking dumb of him.
Oh my freaking God! it’s an energy drink….🙄 can’t satisfy everybody. You can’t make everybody happy because somebody’s gonna bitch and moan and grown……that’s why everything’s going to shits!!!!
It's a good thing I read the sign on the front of the dispenser saying it contained caffeine and knew not to indulge on it like I would regularly with lemonade
Even though they had the small caffeine notice, many kids and parents were unaware.
Its called "charged" and people didn't know it had caffeine?
I can't drink caffiene. It gives me panic attacks. There needs to be clear labeling of beverages as to whether or not they have caffiene. It is a drug after all.
It literally says contains caffeine right under it use your eyes
For the amount of caffeine a large contained, they might have been wise to have a much larger notice or sign. A busy parent trying to deal with kids could have easily missed it.
@@PeterJLamontEsq as someone who had the sip cup reward program deal solely for the charged lemonades, there was PLENTY of notice that it had caffeine. Much more notice than a lot of modern energy drinks that have the same amount of caffeine too
@@PeterJLamontEsq im in my local panera now and theres like 7 different signs saying they contain caffeine. I would argue that the amount of sugar is even more dangerous, as you dont hit the daily recommend max amount of caffeine by drinking a large, but you do drink 120% of the daily recommended amount of sugar. Thats a bigger problem
I agree with you on the sugar. As for the caffeine signage, when it was first introduced, there was little to no signage according to the allegations.
It is fine. Only fools have problem with these they don't need a sign the bs victim mentally, and shyster lawyers are the real problem
Thank you for clarifying the main difference between the two. You're the best!
Thanks! Glad it was helpful.
Quid pro quo,counter claim indimnification
Wonderful
Thank you!
I always got looked at weird because I’d read the entirety of my new hire paperwork, and while most of the time everything was fine, I caught some nasty stuff before signing. It’s important to do it, even if it’s tedious.
Great points! I can’t agree more. Thanks for sharing.
there are literally interviews with cast from all of his shows, such as i carly, every single actor will tell you he was a creep, and they wanted nothing to do with him on set.
Agree - but do you think he will win the lawsuit?
@@PeterJLamontEsq no, because it's not defamation. they have eye witness accounts and testimonies to back up the things they said. there's plenty they left out of the documentary because they didn't have substantial enough evidence to prove it. it's just a creep/pedo trying to not ruin his reputation, desperately.
Interesting. It was a very eye opening documentary, deeply disturbing...
I agree.
Try Watching "A better schedule for Nickelodeon's main block" by Evan Rosman.
Amanda Bynes
Yeah it's definitely about him
Certainly made it sound that way!
Everyone has known Dan Schneider was a creep for years. Check Google search trends for the phrase "Dan Schneider Feet".
Here’s a ‘got-‘cha’ that case law searchers need to also check out to avoid surprises… Link: m.flsenate.gov/session/bill/2024/799/analyses/h0799c.isc.pdf If a case searcher doesn’t also check current legislative bills that could become an impact later! 👀🙈
Great points!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video.
Companies are gonna have to start paying people to stay
Not all non compete are banned, but most.
The only time those make sense, is for high level executives who know all the corporate strategy and proprietary information. At that point, you don't want them to go to a competitor and telling them everything you're doing. And even those need a set time limit after you leave a job, before you can go to a competitor. But as usual companies started to use them regularly and at all levels of employment. There were fast food places making lineworkers making minimum wage or slightly above, sign non-compete clauses when they hire on. So if you worked for McDonald's for $8/hr and the Burger King across the street offers you $9/hr, and you'd signed an Non-compete you wouldn't be able to leave McDonalds and take the Burger King job and the raise.
This is great news! I can escape my abuser now!
Disagree. I can prove you are wrong.
This is a good idea for a video. As.a lawyer, I've often said most people need to be told how to deal with lawyers.
Thank you!
This will be interesting.
Sure will!
