  I am having an issue with my 93sv mine does not have this issue but it keeps saying that the transducer is not connected when it does not throw me that message it shows inaccurate readings and the temp the mph depth and the sonar readings are all thrown off do you have any idea what’s going on?

  I installed the Garmin GT15M-IH transducer on my Sea Doo 21 ft Switch Cruise with the Garmin EchoMap UHD 72sv and it works great! Highly recommend this transducer.

  This was my exact problem. Somehow the option flipped maybe when I did a recent update with the app download from Active Captain. Not sure how this option flipped. However, this was the exact issue and very helpful
