Do you have any answers to why my hondata s300 v3 won't let my car go pass 1500 rpm when driving? But when I put my chipped ECU in it will run just fine
@Minatoperformance28 күн бұрын
Is it tuned good on the hondata. Also check your parameters on smanager and make sure its set up like ur car is. another thing to think abt is the ecu with the hondata could be bad. Sorry for the late reply.

Glad to see it being put to good use. I had issues with head gasket in both heads… but it may be I did not torque it correctly or something.

You put the arp lube on the wrong side of the stud. Arp calls for the side that threads in the block to be dry or loctite (for permanent installations). Ive torn apart 3 motors already that had a bunch of the arp lube on the block side of the threads, with the nuts and washers bone dry
@Minatoperformance2 ай бұрын
I've always done both sides and never had any problems, but thanks for letting me know.

Can't stress enough for a good engine management that have safety parameters in place to protect the engine in case of a event like this
@Minatoperformance4 ай бұрын
I have fuel tech and I thought I had the settings good to turn the motor off if it ever had less then 50psi after 4k, turns out I accidentally clicked the setting that puts it in limp mode. Definitely my fault not the engine management. But I can assure you the parameters are good now.
