I could only get my hands on a 2022 talon x. I got it 2 months ago* they are so backlogged that we are getting 24's but labeled as 22's
My last machine was a 2019 talon 1000x. I wanted a 1000R. But they don’t sell them in Canada. So this time I got the 1000R out of the USA. I knew there was a bit of a back log on them. But didn’t know they were labeling 24 as 22. But there has been some crazy times the last few years.
I think you enjoyed having your hands ALL over the RZR.
I don’t know about that. My hands were sore afterwards. Lol
Great videos, but that fish eye lens is terrible. Those rzrs clunk and clank, make sure the talon doesn’t run over parts falling off 😂😂
Thanks. I didn’t realize how much the lens bends the picture. The Honda talon is always ready to tow the Polaris rzr back to the trucks. Lol

I have the bags in mine. Love them. Only issue on mine is the top bracket of the window nets in the way. But the bags still usable.
That’s good to know cause I want a set for my Talon and didn’t think about that bracket being in the way.
So was this before or after the emergency valve stem repair. The honda likes being on the chip aka rev limiter
This was after the valve stem repair. Had to really put it to the test. The Honda loves the rev limiter. Lol

I got a 23 live value and I’m loving it. The live valve is a game changer imho. It makes drifting, hard corners and square edges a breeze. Mines bone stock except for a uni pre filter in the air box.
I agree with you. The suspension on the live valve is so much better. I did the uni filter in the airbox for a bit. Then I added a snorkel and stock filter lasts much longer.
I got a snorkel i just put on it. I was wondering if ill have to keep the uni on it also i have inside. Yours stays pretty clean ?@sideshowguys
@@tomtheman91 after the snorkel install I removed the uni. Stock filter stays much cleaner.

How does this compare talon vs yxz
I will Take the Talon all day over the YXZ. But I am a diehard Honda guy. Lol. The Yamaha YXZ is an awesome machine. But both have there good and bad points.
@@sideshowguys thanks. I rented a Talon a couple of weeks ago in Jackson Hole WY. Had a blast, but first time in a side by side. I live down in Florida and being 6’3 I was worried about fit. No issues. Reliability would be top priority. Just intrigued by the triple motor n the yzx.
@@scottw7492 The newest YXZ they made big improvements with lower gearing and automatic feature. Turn radius is not as good as the Talon.

I am trying to talk Eric into new tires. He can’t decide what to buy. I am sure he will start to show up the Talon when he does put new tires on. I do have a winch on order. But it’s more for everyone else. Probably have to winch a few others out. lol.

@sideshowguys I've been a die hard Yamaha guy since I acquired my YZF-R1 about 15 years ago. Liked the Talon when it came out, but when I saw the vid of yours with the updated wheels and tires it has pulled in to a tie with the YXZ. When the time comes it will truly become a "game time" decision. Thanks for the great content!!!
