  No you need a felting needle and you can buy them separate online.and different colored wool.

  A 36 is not a small needle. It is a "large" one. 40 or 42 are small needles. (Unless your supplier marks them the other way around. Which I never heard of, but it is possible, I guess)

  THANK YOU! Just today I became interested in making my own lil butterflies for whatever reason. I plan on making loads and collecting my creations of flutter fellas in the near future My only question: is there possibly a way to run wire along the wings to make them posable? Thanks!

  You can do whatever you want to do. I personally love your videos and would love to see more, but if you think its hard and not worth not getting a lot of subscribers, then don't do it. I'll support you though!
