Feel as if you have what you want. Acting before you feel it can be an improvement but feeling it before you act it’s powerful AF. We are born knowing this and most childhood heartache is looking at the ways in which the grownups around us have forgotten it. I was born into a violent and addicted family but was lucky I met magical adults who made it clear my dreams could and would carry me if I never abandoned them. Every single person watching this will be as successful as they can feel before it materializes. No exceptions. If your idea feels too big to really get excited about, then start small and build over time. If this is too woo woo then look into the science of Doty, ,Campbell and Kastrup for the validation we live in a mental and material world - the former creates the latter. The limitations are only natural laws - and even those get mental at subatomic levels. You are as depressed as these ideas offend your intellect.

Gems on gems in this book. Throughout this listening I kept thinking to myself whether I should stop and write things down. It would have taken so long though. I feel that the essential always stays with us, no need for memorizing. Of course, attention plays a big role here, and in love

(Attitude): 1> Our attitude towards a task will affect its successful outcome. 2> Our attitude towards life determines life's attitude towards us. 3> Our attitude towards others determines their attitude towards us. 4> Before a person can achieve the kind of life he wants, he must become that kind of individual he must ( think, act ,talk, walk) conduct all of his affairs as the person he wishes to be. 5> Higher organizations have higher values = better attitude 6> Your mind can hold only one thought at a time , instead of holding negative be positive. 7> Humans want to be needed and appreciated, so give it to them and they'll return it to you (hopefully 💀) 8> look for the best in New ideas (As some1 said : I've never met a person I couldn't learn something from). 9> Don't broadcast personal problems it won't help you or others (which means don't post ur sad life on social media instead go cry in a corner you ain't helping anyone from that). 10> Don't talk about your health unless it's good. 11> Radiate confidence wellbeing of a person who knows where they're going this will inspire others around you and you'll attract good things. 12> For the next 30 days treat everyone with whom you come in contact with as the most IMPORTANT person on earth 🌎 [Success or failure is achieved form the mental attitude which reflects in the physical life]

american universities offering advanced degrees in psychology-especially at the doctoral level-makes completion of a single book impossible! Many books are assigned within syllabi that itself spans about 13 weeks- then on to the next course(s). Class discussions also do not permit in-depth analyses nor in-depth criticism-there are always time constraints within the paramters of class size and course length, hence, concentration is gravely impaired. All this impairs thesis writing and thesis development.
