Does this bronco have a body lift? Or is that gap between the bumper and grill how it looks on a factory setup?
No body lift. On our bumpers, we maintained the factory gap between the body and bumpers, as the body and frame do flex and require the space in order to not crash and damage the body.
Hell yeah!!
Thanks Chris, it was a great ride.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for joining. We plan to host runs in the future.
Sick run!!!
Thank you!
So much cleaner then the Rough Country version. I've already mostly destroyed the cheap skid used by Rough Country. Wish this had been out when I was shopping.
Great Stuff! Certainly plan to do this on my Bronco Raptor!
Any solution on how to engage/disengage the winch once installed?
Access from the side for clutch release, or purchase the platinum winch that releases the spool by remote.
INSTASUB! My dream setup! This with @74Weld portals and @Suspensiondirect SDi E-CLIK shocks.
Certainly a fine looking bumper, but I am concerned about blocking air to the intercooler, for me it’s a hard no…
Thank you for the positive comment. Its unfortunate to read that you are a "hard no" based off of a concern that is not a concern, after the thousands of test miles we have implemented and saw no change.
Will your kit work with portal axles?
The kit uses the factory wheel bearing assembly. We have not tested, but a bolt on portal should work. As for a portal that replaces the entire upright, no. However, we are kicking around the idea of portal incorporated into the design.
This is what I need! Let's go! 🔥 🔥
Dude is awesome...new subscriber here
Interesting, like to see how this works with a Radflo setup. High potential maybe.
With the level of shocks these days, im sure they are good. The components seem to all relatively be the same quality, it really comes down to the valving.
Can you use this with the stock suspension shocks?
unfortunately not
Wow! Badass!
Can you use a ball joint delete over a standard ball joint? Thanks
as long as all the centerlines of the joints is not moved
Can you make a video showing the motion of this suspension with a failed tie rod? Perhaps you can demonstrate what design limits you have for controlling/constraining the wheel position if you did somehow get tie rod failure?
We will be doing a handful of videos of and on the kit, in the near future
Enjoyeed! how incredible upload.
Dang! Some stunning views!

One of the best looking winch bumpers on the market for the Bronco. I just have concerns about placing the winch right in front of the intercooler, there's no way that doesn't impact IATs. A high mount intercooler conversion seems pretty crucial for a bumper like this.
10-20 years ago I would understand where you are coming from. However, with the technology these days, there has been no change in the thousands of test miles we have implemented. The shroud to the intercooler and radiator are connected and the OEM brushless fan, is more than sufficient on keeping the package cool and running at required temps.
Can’t wait 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
Will the winch skid work with the capable bumper?
🔥🔥🔥
This bumper/skid combo is awesome! I have the Badlands winch mounted in mine and it fits tight like a glove. The bumper/skid is so durable and yet somehow light weight. Don’t get that front end sag since the winch sets back a ways. Love it guys💪🏼

Looks good💪🙌any issues with higher revs or ventilator constantly running after disconnecting the lower grill flap motor? We are currently working on 3 EU ford rangers (2023+) and ran into such issue after taking out the flaps but keeping the motor plugged. Let us know your thoughts. I will be looking forward to hear from you. Matyas
Thank you, We have many test mile on this set up and have not seen any change in temperatures. No fans were removed, only thing removed is the louvers on the front of the intercooler.
It won’t help that pile of junk😂
Superb!!!
Easily, the best looking winch bumper on the market!
That’s a good looking bumper and Bronco 😎
Love this bumper
This is not plug and play. Too much work and would make more sense to develop a set that works with the existing Ford hardware. That is what other developers are doing, which will help with sales.
Looking forward to watching install videos of your front winch bumper and hidden winch skid plate for the 2.7!!
Thank you, hope to have some our own install videos soon!!
