What about wheel bearings (unit bearings)? You have to get to them to do the axle u-joints.

Thanks for all your videos, I have a 07, f350 6.0, basically used for towing my 5th wheel. New O'ring heads, ARP studs, egr delete, KC stage1 jetfire, stock but newer injectors, bottom end reseal, and the rest of the normal upgrades.. so, my question is about EGT'S, i upgraded my 5th wheel, towing at the highend of capacities but still within them. When pulling grades, 6or 7 plus, i have to slow way down because 1250/1300. So, asking if an odawg intake and / or other upgrades can lower my EGT'S?

i have this turbo setup on my 04 motor. except ive got the 9 blade exhaust side. compressor is a billet whistle wheel. it sounds amazing through and through

I was super excited to perform this upgrade to my 6.0 Exc, but that block and heads have both been decked on mine. Thanks for taking the time to discuss what you learned with KC Turbos and ODawg. Hey bud. How can I test my clutch fan to see if it's still good? Nice pulls by the way! I want my 6.0 to behave like this one. I would lose a turbo boot so quick trying to do that!

If you call Odawg on the phone you can order the intake with no ports for the egr, then you wont need a delete, I powder coated all the aluminum under the hood including the intake mainfold

Nissan Sentra's from early 2000's have a dual fan set up. I got 2 of the dual fan and installed on my 6.0 they fit perfectly. They are 2 speed Denso the amount of air they blow is fantastic and they cover a much larger area than the old fan.

after watching this video, I am not comfortable with spending 950 US dollars for something that may cause further damage to my vehicle. I really was thinking of doing this however with what I am seeing... not yet.. not until they fix this for sure. thank you for enlightening us on this issue... saved many of us a lot of headaches, time and money (repairs).

All 6.0 can perform just need the right mechanic that can bring it out. 6.0 are potential motors. Got to unlock it.

On your regular 6.0 trucks do you use a 5 inch pipe or a 4-inch ft exhaust system for your daily driver. My truck is stocked except for a wicked world 2 coming to upgrade the exhaust and maybe or maybe not an atlas 40 ficm ficm tune. The truck still on stock head bolts. Its daily truck driver. What are your thoughts. I don't know the five exhaust system to make it will make it breathing better?

A 4 inch exhaust had plenty of flow. It really is gonna come down too your preference of sound. The Daily has a 4in and it’s super loud and has a lot of 6.0 cackle. The tow pig has a 5in so not as loud and carries a deeper tone. The sled pull truck also has a 4in to the rack in the bed. Exhaust size doesn’t become a factor unless you are making 1000+hp. So I would base your decision on what kind of sound you are looking for.

My truck looks exactly like yours except mines XLT. Cuz I just want to squeeze a little more towing power out of it but better fuel mileage but without having to have a worry with the head bolts. I'm about to hit 300,000 on it and they are the original headbolts. I'm not looking for a horsepower truck just reliable. That's why I'm not trying to crank the horsepower up much.

We have some pretty good parts on this truck to try and keep the temps down. Primarily a banks intercooler and odawgs intake. But with the fuel we have it goes down the track at 1800-1900 degrees. One day we will tear this engine down and get some KDD heads and a cam put on it. At these temps we don’t want to sustain them for longer than the 300ft pull.
