  Thank you for uploading this! My great grandma Inge was a kindertransport child with her sister from Austria but sadly had a very bad experience when she came to England I don't know the details but they were very unlucky. They never saw their parents again and never talked about it so a lot of generational trauma has been passed down my family

  Excellent doc in depth. Last time when I was in Vienna, I mostly enjoyed art its works, Viennese coffee, and cakes. Next time, I certainly know what to look at and think about.

  Very interesting… and heartbreaking… It amazes me how fortunate we are to live in a world without “”war”” or maybe a “Great War” and why it’s so important to find a peaceful ending to Ukraine/Russia. War is a terrible thing - the one the National Socialists waged against the Jews was unprecedented and evil to unimaginable levels… what humanity lost in the Holocaust was not just it’s Jews… we lost so more… we lost great works of literature never to be written, works of art never to be drawn… we lost possible remedies and medicine for catastrophic plagues viruses and diseases…. But most of all … humanity lost its moral compass. The Holocaust must continue to be taught - because the plague of blind hatred is so easily ignored until it’s too late.

  I am so happy to have come across this page. I’ve watched half of the holocaust survivor feature films and there’s never a dry eye.. so eloquently put together..I’m halfway thru all of them and should be done watching all in 3 days.. thank you for documenting these special people and their stories.   Some of them adjusted rather quickly and it's a shame that some of the children struggle with adjusting to being an England . I'm glad some of them were reunited with parents or relatives after the war .

  I wonder if the kindertransport also included the children Sir Winton helped get out of Czechoslovakia . He saved 669 Jewish children and many decades later was knighted for it .

  Евреи очень умная нация. Я училась с евреями и всегда восхищалась как они легко учились, но началось гонение евреев(1971 -- 1977)гг распределение им давали в самые плохие места, отработав, они все перебрались в Штаты, где достойно работали и, думаю, принесли большую пользу стране, но только не нашей. Это ведь был физтех и учились они там отлично.

  Как то рассказала мне одна очень старая еврейка историю : во время "дела врачей" она училась в мед институте и появилась у нее новая подружка .Через некоторое время эта подружка призналась еврейке что послали ее стучать и ничего плохого , никакой кромолы подружка не заметила , за что ее сильно ругали кураторы и она не знает что делать...😊

  Do you have any idea how powerful Israel is? Think about UFOS for 1 second. Think about plagues and cancers for 1 second. Imagine needing cold water to cool a burn.......and the world is filled with nothing but radioactive hot water.... And every time you try to cool your yissues... you are burnt more and more by scalding hot water....because there is no cold clean water left....
