Linh Podetti

I'm Linh Podetti, a semi-retired entrepreneur from Sydney, Australia. I'm the founder of Outsourcing Angel, a company that helps you scale your business to run without you. I'm also a proud mother of three and happily married to my Italian husband.

As a child I've had to overcome many challenges, including child labor, toxic relationships, single parenting, alcohol addiction, and more. With God's help, I rose up and kick-started my first business at 25. I was able to transform my life, achieved my dream of becoming a millionaire by 30.

Today, I take immense pride in having built a business that enabled me to be semi-retired at the age of 38. Becoming debt-free, having an online business that can generate income whether I work or not and allowing me to work anywhere while enjoying precious time with my family and friends while exploring the world.

Through this channel, I share business, happiness, and fulfillment insights, aiming to help you achieve a happy semi-retired life too!

    So... Im here because I want to see if being a successful single mom exists. My ex left me, and took our son. Naturally I want them both safe, so I literally dump thousands of dollars each month and give her all the support so she can take off on her own, (25 percent of the obligated versus the 60 percent I actually give her). Long story short, she hasn't. It's not easy and I have a huge amount of respect for you considering you did it all on your own. Universally you have to want to succeed.

    Do you connect your VA directly to client? And How do you ensure that your VA and client do not bypass you as an agency owner?

  • @LinhPodetti
    @LinhPodetti18 күн бұрын

    Yes, we directly connect our VAs with clients. To keep everyone on board and prevent bypassing the agency, we use straightforward agreements and nurture strong, supportive relationships with all parties involved.

    I have a question, who has ownership of work done by you for a client? And what if I outsource the service to meet the client's needs?

  • @LinhPodetti
    @LinhPodettiАй бұрын

    Typically, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment and completion of the project. If you plan to outsource services to meet a client's needs, it's crucial to establish clear agreements upfront, including who holds the ownership rights to the outsourced work.

    This woman is all the way right. Make sure yall are stacking up your money. Don’t always want to spend, spend, spend money. Don’t be afraid to build up financially. Don’t be afraid to save up your monies and not touch it. I’m a single mom of two ages 19 and 20. They are not in college. Hoping and praying my daughter makes up her mind to go. She’s a single mom at 19 also. Ladies we start by making sure to not allow the wrong man to impregnate us. Honestly, that’s where the Foundation starts.

    Hi @voonture Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don't have specific insights into setting up such a business in India. If you have questions about outsourcing in general or if your operations involve the Philippines, I'd be more than happy to assist! 😊

    Hello I'm from the Philippines and I see the struggle of my fellow filipino citizen in finding a job because here you need a diploma and or atleast come from a wealthy family to land a good job. I'm not good on any technical skills like accounting graphic designer programmer etc. I try different method of earning money such as drop shipping, cpa marketing, building website, seo, affiliate marketing all that kind of stuff but I'm not accessible to all the resources available in the US since I'm living here in the Philippines. But I stumble on your video last 4 years ago about outsourcing I'm so intrigued because I have also have that idea but I don't know how to start it because it's not frequently tackle especially here in youtube and I don't it's possible. I know there are few Filipino that have real talent and skills but they are undervalued here in the Philippines that's why they don't continue or go abroad just to have a better income. I know I'm just a simple person with little or no achievement at all but I want to give a shot on what I've learned from your video and I hope I can also help my fellow citizen to have a better opportunity. Do you have any advice or suggestions to help me start a outsourcing business. I'm also willing to be your apprentice if you are accepting one I will be the most hustler person you'll ever met. I hope my grammar does not offend you. Also thank you for your video you really inspired one today! Have a nice day

    How do I ensure my outsourced suppliers are not in a position to find my clients and deal with them directly

  • @LinhPodetti
    @LinhPodetti2 ай бұрын

    To protect your business when outsourcing, use strict contracts with non-compete and non-disclosure clauses to prevent suppliers from contacting your clients directly. Strengthen relationships with clients by offering exceptional value and service that your suppliers cannot. Regularly monitor interactions and maintain open communication to address issues quickly, ensuring the integrity of your client relationships.

    Hi linh, I am very interested in starting an outsourcing business. I'm just curious how are you going to say to a client that you need a payment upfront or a 50% deposit. Do you prepare a client contract?

  • @LinhPodetti
    @LinhPodetti2 ай бұрын

    HI @missmary689 From my experience, setting clear payment terms upfront is crucial. I always use a client contract that outlines payment schedules, including any upfront payments or deposits. This approach protects both the business and the client, and helps establish trust from the start.
