Thanks for valuable information. Queen 👑
My pleasure 😊
So inspiring, thank you.
You are so welcome!
So... Im here because I want to see if being a successful single mom exists. My ex left me, and took our son. Naturally I want them both safe, so I literally dump thousands of dollars each month and give her all the support so she can take off on her own, (25 percent of the obligated versus the 60 percent I actually give her). Long story short, she hasn't. It's not easy and I have a huge amount of respect for you considering you did it all on your own. Universally you have to want to succeed.
Are you gonna coach us for free? I'm really interested to learn from you. I'm actually at the point of doing research and planning and gathering effective resources to start an Outsourcing Agency. Would be more than happy if you can count me in to that waiting list :D

Do you connect your VA directly to client? And How do you ensure that your VA and client do not bypass you as an agency owner?
Yes, we directly connect our VAs with clients. To keep everyone on board and prevent bypassing the agency, we use straightforward agreements and nurture strong, supportive relationships with all parties involved.
Loved this episode. Spirituality in business was the missing key for me.
I am afraid
I have a question, who has ownership of work done by you for a client? And what if I outsource the service to meet the client's needs?
Typically, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment and completion of the project. If you plan to outsource services to meet a client's needs, it's crucial to establish clear agreements upfront, including who holds the ownership rights to the outsourced work.

I'm a single mom of a son, all I want is financial support to establish my food cooking business.
May God grant you your heart's desires. Keep pushing ❤❤
What a wonderful insight by Rabbi!
God capitalism is so evil. Flipping exploitation as a positive thing.
We have real talents here in Lagos, Nigeria. Do you have any advice for me as I am setting up a VA outsourcing company here in Nigeria. I will really appreciate any
It's great to hear about your plans to set up a VA outsourcing company in Lagos! A few quick tips: conduct thorough market research, pick a niche, focus on training your team, and build a strong network. Best of luck with your new venture!
Love your video❤ so much power
Thank you!!
If failure is a part of the journey to success, then it makes sense to me that the opposite of success is not trying.
This woman is all the way right. Make sure yall are stacking up your money. Don’t always want to spend, spend, spend money. Don’t be afraid to build up financially. Don’t be afraid to save up your monies and not touch it. I’m a single mom of two ages 19 and 20. They are not in college. Hoping and praying my daughter makes up her mind to go. She’s a single mom at 19 also. Ladies we start by making sure to not allow the wrong man to impregnate us. Honestly, that’s where the Foundation starts.
This is an inspiring video...just started out my own VA Agency and I've gotten alot of insight from this. Thanks for sharing
So glad! Good luck with your VA Agency..
thats a great insight
Words like "broke" is not is not a word to use, when your short on funds.
✅
I'm a single mom at the age of 20 and my mom keeps insulting me about me being a single mom and my baby daddy leaving me, I just want to be so successful and leave the house because the environment isn't good for us
Stay positive and work hard to gain your independence.
Hello, I was wondering how to start an outsourcing business out of India. I am based in Canada. Do you have any advice?
Hi @voonture Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don't have specific insights into setting up such a business in India. If you have questions about outsourcing in general or if your operations involve the Philippines, I'd be more than happy to assist! 😊
Hello I'm from the Philippines and I see the struggle of my fellow filipino citizen in finding a job because here you need a diploma and or atleast come from a wealthy family to land a good job. I'm not good on any technical skills like accounting graphic designer programmer etc. I try different method of earning money such as drop shipping, cpa marketing, building website, seo, affiliate marketing all that kind of stuff but I'm not accessible to all the resources available in the US since I'm living here in the Philippines. But I stumble on your video last 4 years ago about outsourcing I'm so intrigued because I have also have that idea but I don't know how to start it because it's not frequently tackle especially here in youtube and I don't it's possible. I know there are few Filipino that have real talent and skills but they are undervalued here in the Philippines that's why they don't continue or go abroad just to have a better income. I know I'm just a simple person with little or no achievement at all but I want to give a shot on what I've learned from your video and I hope I can also help my fellow citizen to have a better opportunity. Do you have any advice or suggestions to help me start a outsourcing business. I'm also willing to be your apprentice if you are accepting one I will be the most hustler person you'll ever met. I hope my grammar does not offend you. Also thank you for your video you really inspired one today! Have a nice day
Where do i get my client? For my outsourcing business? :)
Hi Please check my other videos on how to get clients
How do I ensure my outsourced suppliers are not in a position to find my clients and deal with them directly
To protect your business when outsourcing, use strict contracts with non-compete and non-disclosure clauses to prevent suppliers from contacting your clients directly. Strengthen relationships with clients by offering exceptional value and service that your suppliers cannot. Regularly monitor interactions and maintain open communication to address issues quickly, ensuring the integrity of your client relationships.
Hi linh, I am very interested in starting an outsourcing business. I'm just curious how are you going to say to a client that you need a payment upfront or a 50% deposit. Do you prepare a client contract?
HI @missmary689 From my experience, setting clear payment terms upfront is crucial. I always use a client contract that outlines payment schedules, including any upfront payments or deposits. This approach protects both the business and the client, and helps establish trust from the start.
Hi I’m Anna I’m 30 y/o I’m from Philippines 🇵🇭 and I’m single mother of 2 kids and I only support to my kids I working them alone .. thanks for ur video ❤
Where do we hire from?
do you mean where we hire the graphic designers?
Yes, as a startup with very little money to start, where can we outsource our work? Upwork? Or a different site? I don’t have time to complete the work myself with my full time job but I don’t have a lot of clients either
Hey Linh! Amazing video by the way. I just wanted to ask if you had any specific websites you would refer to start finding high ticket clients? I already have the assets necessary to complete the work itself.
I suggest that you start networking on LinkedIn.
Thank you. You're a big help for me
Glad to hear that!
Amazing interview. Humble and insightful.
Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video !
You are so welcome!
Inspiring!💖

Please get the Rabbi to teach on tithing. I like his emphasis on DOING rather than wishing! Great episode.
We will! Thank you for watching
I hope I can become like you someday
Yes of course you can!
I lived in Darwin for two years when I was in the Navy and found that I liked Litchfield National Park better than Kakadu National park, I think cause it was easier to get to?
This is my first time in Darwin. Even Litchfield National Park was quite hard for me, I can't imagine Kakadu National Park hahahaha
