  Thank you thank you thank you! I’ve been searching on hire to add extensions to my micro locs for months! I’ve purchased the bulk hair and told months ago but couldn’t find a thorough and understandable video tutorial. I’m just ready to do it already and I decided to search again and came across your video. This was an amazing step by step video. You took your time and gave us what we needed!   I’m in the process of doing mines myself. I’m using my son’s locks that he cut off. I had to tweak his locks a little. I dyed them and tightened them up. I’m currently parting my hair. Next I’m going to instaloc my real hair. I can’t wait I’m excited!!

  I'm in the early stages of my loc journey, and I don't think they're "ugly" at all, nor do I plan to cover them up. I wash my hair every 10 days, put it in a loose cornrow, rock a braid-out whenever I have to go out somewhere, and I get lots of compliments.

  Thanks for the video! When interlocking 2 up to the root, what happens if the tool gets stuck or a knot is created in the loc? I tried doing this to my son’s hair years ago and remember having the problem of accidentally creating knots in his hair that I couldn’t figure out how to remove.

  @@cathlynncharles2709 it means it’s either too tight or not pulled all the through. You would have to reverse it by going back in the hole the opposite way.

  Is it the same method for doing the sisterloc with extensions? Can u keep them in and never take them out? Will they lock into your own hair

  Just a friendly fyi, if the human hair extension is too stiff or scratchy against your skin, you can texturize it for less than a minute and it will leave the loc extension softer and way less scratchy when it rubs against your skin. Just a tip. I tried it out of curiosity and really liked how it turned out.

  I meant, can you take the straight hair/cap as a whole off, like at night or something? It appeared that the hair was only sewed onto the cap and like you could take it on and off if you wanted your locs to breathe

  @@chanye002 it was sewn on my locs as well, then the cap was sewn on so I wasn’t able to take it off but you could just sew in the cap to make it a wig

  I got loc extension and love it. You have to go to someone who knows what they're doing and has quality hair and locing method. I learned interlocking the bulk hair is the best method and not everyone knows how to interlock hair properly. I disagree about the hair texture. You have to find the right seller who specializes in this. My seller was from Etsy and before buying she can send many samples and you choose the one that match your hair texture and size. Also, I disagree with the itchiness and stiffness. Itchiness, is when its not quality hair. True human hair of good quality does not itch. Also, the stiffness is based on the method you used to create the dread. The best method is interlocking because it allows flexibility. Check out my short video for more details.
