I did mma for 3 years and I trained mostly in Muai Thai and it was the most rewarding experience. Adding that to my training as a ranger was perfect balance . I love this movie and the samurai way of life

hey guys in the comments here's a story I'm a social misfit after being locked up in my house all the time I managed to get into uni and all these things happened: it went well for me I met a group of friends after a while and my nerves They made me go crazy, it was so much so that I ended up abandoned by that group of friends. The tests made me so nervous that I ended up having anxiety attacks. My chest seemed to fail because of the pain it made me feel in a certain area of my chest, which was normal, but things went wrong. Worse test after test, day after day, my family yelled at me that if I didn't freeze the race I would regret it. I even slept crying almost every day. Sometimes I didn't even care to look at the amount of hair I was losing just from looking at the tasks. I continued with this rhythm and a group of former fake friends who almost wanted to give up on life, but things got worse one day they tried to kick me out of high school because they believed that I had sent my homework to a classmate but it was true but I didn't know They could kick me out after a few days. A girl accused me of being a pedophile because I told black jokes about content creators on KZread with that mentality. At the end of just the first semester, I want to change colleges in the country and if I can, maybe consider the path. easy... but one day I heard this musical track in front of my window and everything began to make sense, every action, every decision, every thought, every moment, I must be better and to this day I will continue using this song just to keep myself focused on the task. life, I will NEVER underestimate the evil of people, especially a woman

Why did Americans treat their vets so bad? What was the reason? Is it still that way? BC if its bc of the bad thing they did like in Vietnam, they also did very cruel things in Iraq and Afghanistan like shooting random people.
