It is a very special piece to me, and one of John Williams' most poetic Star Wars moments. Do you know "Darth Vader's Death"? I've been looking for a score of this one, but untraceable. By the way, it wasn't as easy to nail this as it might look^^ ;-)

The piece has such complexity when the theme develops. The dissonances, polychords are so beautiful yet so important from an academic point of view. :) I tried looking for darth vader's death but couldn't find the score. But you may try musescore(if you haven't already) once, they are doing a wonderful job of archiving sheet music. Its free and very simple to use. Thanks a lot!!
