This officer is not a Sargent. He is a corporal and can not be a watch commander. The cop is lying about the supervisor and when asked to explain stradling the cop ignorded him and asked for his license. Regardless of what logic, this guy said to the police officer, he was getting that ticket because the officer needed to make his quota.

@jamesmcfie6070 No. The Chief nor the Captain meet for complaints. There's a specific Lt. I have to see. I work nights so I've not yet met with him. I don't think it will do any good these guys are all the same so I may file complaint to a different dept I learned take complaints on police.
