Unlike a lot of vloggers in Japan, I've lived here over 10 years, I speak/read/write Japanese fluently, try to have my Japanese friends in my videos as much as possible, and I hate PC culture. I was living in Fuji-Yoshida, Yamanashi at the time in the teacher's room and I just remember the whole building swaying back and forth like the pirate ship ride at amusement parks. Power got cut to the city and in the morning I hiked to the top of Asakura-Jinjya to get a pic of Mt Fuji and the city without electricity. I ended up moving to Fukuoka after where they hardly get any earthquakes. 13:40 "I never got to see Paris!" 😅
