    I saw your recipe some time ago, and really love it. I just made my grocery list this week, and going to make a Sheppard pie. with the Bisquick I have. I don't like using it for pancakes or waffles, because it makes a really great crust when baking a casserole. and the box has great recipes also .😊

    Doesn’t look evenly cooked or browned properly! The inside of the bread looks like it’s completely raw! Crappy machine, obviously!

    Again, this is the third video where this Hamilton Beach bread machine, makes a loaf of bread with a white pale, looking top to the loaf! Where the hell is the golden brown effect to the top! The top of the loaf doesn’t look like it’s even cooked Everybody wants a nice crust on the top of their bread! Not a pale sickly white top of the loaf looks like a pretty crappy machine!

    FYI I add 1/2 tsp. of dough enhancer per cup of flour. This will give you a better texture to your bread. I'm on my third breadmachine as I have worn 2 of them out. Due to arthiritis I can't do the kneading. So I use just the dough cycle and shape the dough into 4 rolls and about a 1 pound loaf of bread. Works for me.

  • @Homelife365

    You could add small cubes of potatoes and a little bit of peas and Lima beans and some corn. Save leftovers so you have small amounts to add.

    What is the purpose of the wheat gluten? I’m looking for an easy bread recipe for my first time using my bread maker. I have all the ingredients except the wheat flour, so can I omit it?

  • @Homelife365
    @Homelife3654 ай бұрын

    Wheat gluten adds elasticity and improves the chew of the bread. If you have bread flour use it instead. You can omit it but the texture will be slightly different

    How to make your bread machine last a lifetime: Use it as a computerized kneader, but don't bake in it. If you bake in it, after a few years - when your extended warranty has expired - the paddle's spindle-bearing will rust from the hot, humid environment, as will other parts of the machine. Better to remove the small dough ball after the last kneading; let it rise in a loaf pan; bake it in an oven or in a toaster-oven. The baked bread will not have a paddle hole, and your computerized kneading machine will last a lifetime and look like new.

    Id you are at home when the kneading cycle is done you can pull the dough ball out and remove the paddle so you wont have a big gash in your bread i also have a Hamilton Beach bit a different model. I like the red color but apparently they no longer have it.

    I just recently bought a Cuisinart CBK-210 SERIES bread maker and I'm having a hard time with with the final rise when I have to take my paddle out. I take my dough roll it out on a floured surface and put the cinnamon mixture in it then my machine shuts off so how would I get it back to that original setting

    You don't have to remove the paddle. Most of us leave it in and simply remove it from the cooked bread when we turn it out (though it can make removing the bread a tiny bit more difficult). I have never removed my paddle from the dough!
