He has been practicing since age 5 and now at age 27( now 30 } he is still practicing 3 hours a day. He takes his art extremely serious and is doing his Phd in music now, after 2 masters degrees. He's a multi instrumentalist (piano, drums, dombra,...). He sings opera, folk, jazz, soul, rock, pop....and he raps. He sang in 13 languages so far and has a vocal range of at least 7 octaves now (it's expanding). He hits a D8 whistle (off the piano). But the most impressive thing is his humble, respectful, loving personality with high moral values and standards. If you dive into this Dimash rabbit hole, you'd better buckle up because you are into a surprise, over and over again he will blow your mind. Enjoy the ride!"

Didn't recognize the title of the first song but, once it got going, I recalled it as being one of the most iconic tracks of a series that's known for great music. Nothing to say about You See Big Girl except that when it starts playing in the series ... holy cow.

Jin puts more emotion in his singing performances than others do. He is passionate and romantic. I think that's why even though all BTS early songs are good, the one that won their first award is "I need you" where he puts his acting emotion through his vocal parts kneeling down, etc. check it out sometime. In fact, I believe that performance won three awards that year.

I agree with your comment. What makes BTS great as a group is that they offer a wide variety of vocal tones and colors. And as pointed out by Suga, they dont invade each other’s space on stage, they dont try to outshine each other, they do their part very well.
