  I’m OK I tested positive for HPV twice back to back it never cleared up so I go to my gynecologist tomorrow because my doctor wants me to get a colonoscopy

  hi you are so beautiful!! 💖 thank you for sharing your story. I've been on a journy myself from my first abnormal pap to being diagnosed with hpv hsil p16...then colposcopy and CIN 1 so i don't have to get checked until next year. I was also very nervous during the process because i want to become a mother some day. Yesss! God is with us all 💖 i remind myself that daily.

  Yes u can use either 91% alcohol or 100% pure acetone to dehydrate and prime nails. They both disinfect and dehydrate the nails alot better than kit dehydrators and primers. Done this before and it works. Make sure to push back and trim cuticles. Use a cuticle remover while doing this and be careful. Do not let product on cuticle and skin. Nails could lift. Also, gently file nail beds and file inside of tip and use dehydrator of choice. Read instructions as u apply nails, follow directions carefully.

  Thanks for the tip ☺️ I actually didn’t know about the OMAD diet, I looked it up and omg that’s brutal Fr lol . I’m currently on the 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule. So we will see how this goes 😌
