hey bros around 3:10 he's talking about how to step. he says to slide or glide the foot that should move after the first foot moves. do I have to drag or slide my back foot on the floor after I move my front foot? or can it come up a bit?

people make the mistake of thinking everything new or modern is better. There is a lot of wisdom in these older tapes, especially when he refers to old timers! some things that used to be fundamental have been forgotten. However, they were fundamental for a reason. Resurrect them and the modern world trembles.
